I'm pretty sure when you're focussing a portal it has the name and where the portal currently teleports you, so you wont be accidentally replacing the wrong portal.

I think the entire quote refers to the wildy and the red and green refers to dragons. The wildy is is where most of the green dragons live and Red Dragon Isle is in the wildy

Because you need the slayer mask or nose peg for abberant spectres I would use fury. If you dont have the slayer helm then use salve(e)

At first I was dissappointed that I got piled by some crashers, but after reading what happened to a lot of other people, getting killed by crashers seems better than killed by my our own team. But I do have an idea to help stop bsers. During the fighting someone said to add dbz to your freinds list and turn public chat to friends. If everyone adds all the generals then turns public to friends, it would help reduce the confusion of of people accusing honest tifers of being bsers because no one will hear them

The amount of low hits compared to high hits means nothing. If you get hit by 7 3s than a 30, the 30 will still have a 70% chance of doing 3/4 of the damage it would have done without the shields effect. And the question, the probability that ANY of the remaining answers will be "yes" is 97.3% If the program has already spat out "yes" seven times it can still spit out more of them.
