This obstacle has a solution. In f2p worlds, the skillcape sellers can wander around in different places. The attack and strength people could wander around in say the duel arena. Ignatius Vulcan can walk around the forests somewhere near Rimmington and Port Sarim. (And you get the idea) Another solution is have a portal to teleport you to where the person is in the skill cape. This has been done with the Halloween quest, so it is quite possible to do this, however, I think the latter solution is much more simple. hmmm... i think that the 2nd one you suggested COULD work : I would love to see this. But the first one, who would take the peoples places in the warriors guild? IMO they're irreplaceable :lol: The portal one could work but to make sure that there are no bugs or anything maybe make it so the get teleported into another realm or such and there is a circle of all the f2p skills skillcapes all in a circle around you. That would be pretty cool \

im sorry. ftp skillcapes will never happen. Right now there would only be a limited number of skillcapes that a f2p can access due to the npc's locations. there could be wc, defence and some others. but some like strength, attack, and many others will be limited...

But he said they were the same size, just at different viewing locations. yeah when i first imported them into WMM and clicked on the individual clips, they worked perfectly. Then i dragged one onto the timeline and clicked on it there. It was the same size on the little preview screen. It became all pixely and you couldnt see anything.

yes but when i played it the first time when it was not in the timeline, it worked perfectly fine. Then i dragged it into the timeline and clicked on it in the timeline and made it play there on the same size as before. Thats when it wasn't working. :|

I have hypercam and i recently took a video and when i went to movie maker, it opened up fine, and when it loaded all of the individual clips and i clicked on one it was fine. Then, when i dragged it into the storyline, and played it from there, it became all blurry and couldnt read anything and was all pixly. i tryed it all, lowered frame rate, making area smaller/bigger, changing from rs hd to standard. has this happened to anyone else? and if so how do i get pasted it? thanks this has really been bugging me

ok heres the story, you have just made a new person and when you complete tutorial island this message pops up: "CONGRATULATIONS! You are the 100 millionth person to make an account! We have given you free membership for life and one 99 skill of your choice!" what would you choose as your skill? some people might say hit points because of the cape that gives you +1 or prayer which does the same. (and yes i know they all do but those are the most useful imo.) Some may say strength so they can own their friends. Me? well, i would say hit points. post your thoughts and opinions! (if this is something else like a debate please move it accordingly)

sorry, not nuff said :roll: if they added a new lvl every time they released a new item for a 99 cape, it would be more experience which as people with 99 skills know, is not very easy. Since its a few mill exp from 98-99 it would just get harder and harder. Quests however, are not the same. Say you have the quest cape, that doesnt necessarily mean that the next quest will be hard. It could be a very easy quest so sometimes it is easy to maintain but what you said about skills doesnt make sense. It will ONLY get harder with the skills if that happened.... Quests can be easy or hard. nuff said :roll: P.S skill capes ftw

o and btw my first 100k. I was with my friend and this random guy traded me. I said "?" he says "u will like" i trade him. he offers 100k and accepts. I was sooo happy and show my friend. I thought i was sooooo rich. Then i bought full addy for 40k #-o some guy said it was worth 40k :( my friend was like "omg ur soooo rich" and i was bragging to my other friends : omg the memories

hmmm my favorite memory? must be when i was a nooby ranger ranging in the ardy zoo killing jogres. I killed one, and saw a champ scroll in the cage. I telegrabbed it not knowing how rare a drop it was. I almost dropped it because i thought it was something like a clue scroll or somthing i didnt want. I ended up keeping it and doing as it told me. :XD:

to all the people who ask for f2ps should be able to post on forums, i know most people on this board are intelligent and are mature. however, there are too many childish members already and most f2ps would spam the board on "how do i get to varrok!!?!??@?@!" i would love if everyone who posts on THIS board who are f2pers able to post on forums. maybe before you login to forums you have to take an IQ test :lol:

maybe another one that has 99 in all skills? Maybe there are hoods up until you get a master accomplishment and then, when all skills surpass level 90, you get a silver crown, then when all of them reach 99, you get a gold crown. This would show how devoted people are to training every skill and only a handful would have a gold crown. support : (boo hoo to pures :) )

I swear to god it was at least 8. I thought the max was 6. When I got to the 6th clue I was relieved that it was almost over. I put in a bug thing and don't know what happened since then.

tot the OP, i feel your pain. the other day, i spent 2 hours on a clue scroll. It had about 9-10 clues in it. I didnt even know that was possible. I had 2 sliding puzzles, 3 double agents in wildy, 2 coordinates both in wildy and killed zammy mages (not that hard though) and something else i forgot. My reward: 22 blood runes, rune battle axe, 15 purple sweets. made me really mad :cry:

I agree with the third solution. The first two didn't seem to make sense to me :geek: 1. people could easily lie about who kicked who when that person gets a message "omg! the noob [name here] kicked me! I got the message saying it!" they could be lying if they dislike the person. 2. if the whole clan hears it, that may affect peoples views on other members of the clan. If it was a really offensive person who was kicked, some people could think differently and could cause some chaos. #3 ftw! :thumbsup: wewt
