In Mega Man 2, Quickman's stage is a [cabbage]. You have to have lightning-fast reflexes to dodge the incoming bars that slide in and kill you in one hit. The only way to get around that is to use the Time-Stopper if you killed Flashman beforehand, but that's the baby way to get past the moving bars. EDIT: Here's a video.
