I was hoping more on option number one as option number two will never happen. Now this discussion can end in many different ways: 1. The conversation keeps going as it is without any change. 2. I ignore Skully and feel as if I lost the discussion for not making him revise his reason so I can understand how he feels. 3. Skully chooses to revise his reason so I can understand him and I shut up about the anime hate so everyone's happy. 4. One of us starts a flame war by calling another person a name and the thread gets locked with a few of us being banned. 5. We forget this ever happened and we go about our business while a mod deletes some posts. So which option can everyone agree on? I LOVE YOU BECAUSE YOU AGREE WITH ME ON HOW I FEEL ABOUT HOW PEOPLE MAKE STUPID REASONS TO HATE THINGS. Now how's that for a reason? ;)

I know how to deal with noobs like him. He hardly ever changes his playing style which means you need a playing style that counters the obvious nature of his style. And if you can do that then you will win (almost) every time.

Let me correct you. This discussion started from Skully hating Japanese things and anime with a very poor reason. Can you see his point of view with a crappy reason like that? No. And if you can't see his point of view you will never know how it can annoy you. And I give a damn.

Because it bothers me that he is making himself look bad. And I hate it when people look bad in the wrong setting. This is not the setting to be looking bad in. ... I have no idea what you just said... Ok I'll put it in words you can understand: The subject is on "Things that annoy the hell out of you" right? And if you are going to talk about things that "annoy the hell out of you" then you will need a decent reason to talk about WHY that said object annoys the hell out of you so everyone reading the conversation can look on the other person's point of view and see how that said object can "annoy the hell out of you". If that said person comes up with a bogus reason then we won't be able to understand how he feels from his point of view. And if that happens we automatically think the said person is making stuff up which in turn makes him/her look like a moron. And people who look like a moron in the wrong mood and setting pisses me off! EDIT: Sworddude beat me to it. Damn you're good.

Now this is my pet peeve: People who come up with crappy reasons that hardly have any proof backing up the reason that is being used against said object. If he is gonna hate something he should at least give the reason for hate to have some form so we can see it from his point of view. But that reason has almost no foundation so I can't see the reason for hate from his point of view which means he's making stuff up just to annoy me and everyone else which makes him sound bad.

I'd rather watch Cartoon Network tbh. Why? You don't get the plots and character developments of animes such as Death Note, Elfen Lied (to an extent, though the manga is vastly superior) and Clannad, and those are just the ones I have watched. It's just sad, and the way the characters look and the weird names piss me off.
