Since theres only 3 tiers high, medium, and low, it's the exact same thing that low tier characters suck and high tier characters are broken. Mario doesn't suck. :( You care too much about Tiers. I only care about Mario's standing and no one else's. Mario has distinct features on him that should make him at least mid tier.
