If you need tutorials for GIMP specifically use http://www.gimptalk.com Their forum is loaded with user tutorials from everything that deal with basic signatures to signatures including animation. Just goto www.gimptalk.com and click "Official Tutorials" along the top banner. Tons of info for beginners->Advanced users.
  11. I would say the 2nd or the 4th, however you may want to add some more effects, even if they are just basic, it doesn't really look like you've added much. I'm only saying this because they LOOK like stocks, so unless they were meant to be that way, you might want to add a little to it. The other option would be to post the stocks to see how much work you have actually done
  12. 3rd from team 1 I think is thru... THeres a ton of smudging
  13. First thing about the charizard one is the terrible text, looks better w/o any text. You need to also blend your renders a bit more into the sig. Try feathering maybe, or splatter brush/erase edges so they blend in, but the colour isnt too bad on either of them
  14. Didnt really understand that but... Here's the attempted fix
  15. Seeing as I'm still a newb at photoshop, care to explain clipping masks?
  16. C/C I submitted without text/borders for the Stock Collab posted by Littleboy.
  17. 3rd, best colours I think
  18. Someone request something, I'm bored
  19. He's a fathead now  But it'll have to do -.-

Blended render adds flow and creates a more appealing signature. Try looking at these few tuts to help with that: http://www.gimptalk.com/forum/penguins- ... 10820.html http://www.gimptalk.com/forum/enguarde% ... 78s25.html I used both of those to get started, the 2nd one is a great way to create backgrounds, and the first is a pretty basic but good looking sig. If you need more just browse around gimptalk  But your work is def getting better
  21. Resized the pic because I'm dumb  Adjusted brightness+contrast as well.

Have to agree with julius, by smudging a background it keeps the colours in the sig more balanced, and they're guaranteed to match  Also, are you using GIMP, or PS?
  23. I R Gettin Betor? I have to agree it looks a bit bright, but if I go darker alot is hard to see.
