I don't see a point in spectral ss. I find dfs to even be more useful @ arma. Once you got good mage defence to at least 120+ than another 20+ shouldn't really kill you. I like the prayer bonus. i like the 0 range attack bonus (rather then -5)

This is why I decided not to go for another Onyx Ring (i). I knew there would be special effect rings eventually. If this is a prayer and is part of the normal prayer book, then I think normal > curses. The only thing curses will have over normal is soul split. I'd rather have a piety for every class and that melee reflection prayer. That 5x health restoration isn't exactly soul split either but it's also not horrible. or you could have onyx(i) equipped, put on ring of vigour and spec, re equip onyx :mellow:

why was my post removed...... it went a little like this [hide][hide] [/hide] Trust me, yours is superdeduper inefficient. use a gud setup, trips are longer, faster kills, less intesnse, and make me moar of the geepee unless you prefer being a dummy head! the invy full of stuff is a waste, shrimp are better gp/hp then silly rocktales I mean, sure u can use whatever u want, but just know that you look liek a dummy head wearing that outfit and will crash your plane and you were adopted with my attack and strength potion settup i can last over 3 kills per trip, and 1.6784 kills per hour, with profit being around 72megagp Dks drops are in signature, so trust ME on this one, i can help you customize your setup if you want to post your stats, dummy face!! Well we are assuming that it's a reward received when opening one of the many surface dungeons, separate from whatever reward lies inside. For example, you open the dungeon, get a reward, and then explore inside. The next time you enter you won't get the reward. It makes perfect sense to be either a small amount of dungeoneering exp or some sort of token reward, I really don't know what else it could be. it might be skill xp: example open up new mining dung w/ 4 runite and tons of other cool stuff using 70 mining 70 dungeoneering get 30k mining xp just an idea
