I feel really bad for my friend. He's lower-class, his household making under $50,000 a year. He was going to go to college, but unfortunately our friends over at Congress decided that lower-class students can not get federal grants for college. So, his family has to take out a ton of loans to pay for his college. Not to mention, my city's school board has announced that over 100 school staff will be cut. His mom is a paraprofessional, and she might lose her job. It pisses me off so much. Why does the Government have to cut off funding to education, the thing that leads to freaking future of America? People like my friend who are lower-class and want to go to college and be successful get the finger. It makes me so irritated.

So I got two people in my class to buy Minecraft. The addiction is spreading.

I've been getting an issue today, where whenever I try to play a game, the game freezes and goes to a black screen, then tells me that the "NVIDIA Kernal Drivers for Windows have stopped responding" I've looked up the issue on Google, and I still haven't fixed it. I re-installed my drivers from scratch, the problem is still present. What do you think is the solution, TIF?

Wait a second, this game is DirectX 10 and 11. How does the 360 support it? Doesn't the 360 only do DX9?

I've been playing BF2 recently, forgot how fun it was. Are they keeping 64-player battles in BF3?

And that's why I'm taking Weight Training next year. My school's Gym class is full of complete morons who have extreme amounts of testosterone. They're way too competitive, and if you screw up just a little bit, they yell at you and threaten to "kick your ass". I hate almost everyone in my Gym class. They picked on this one kid with Asperger's and constantly pushed him around and made fun of him. Whenever he would go up to the plate in kickball or something, people on the other team would just shout, "EASY OUT!". I felt really, really bad for that kid. It's hard enough living with a condition like that, it's hard enough having very few friends, and he doesn't need the extra bullying to go along with it. Just the other day, those idiots who act before they think took a random shoe (which happened to be mine) and put it in the shower. I was looking around for my damn shoe, and one kid said that it was in the showers being soaked in water. I was so pissed, and I had to put my shoe next to the hand dryer for two minutes to get that thing dry.

So I was being a loner in gym today, when a mentally and physically challenged kid walks up to me and asks for a hug. Not wanting to hurt his feelings, I hugged him. I thought it was just going to be a friendly, nice hug. No, he hugged me affectionately. He squeezed tighter and tighter and dug his face in my shoulder. We stood there hugging for about thirty seconds, and then I finally broke the hug. It was pretty awkward, and it didn't help that there were two Gym teachers standing there.

So today, I figured out that Minecraft isn't blocked at school. We had some freetime during English, so I logged on Classic and started building a house. A girl next to me saw me playing, and she went on and played it herself. She thought it was awesome, and she now plays it in her class periods.

When people who are fluent in a foreign language take said foreign language class for an easy credit. Pisses me off for some reason.

Today in Info Tech class, a girl was using a proxy to browse Youtube. She was watching videos of Klondike Bars for some reason. Then, she clicked on a video. It was just a regular video, and then, in the video, a guy said out loud, "I LIKE TO SUCK [rooster]!" The entire class heard it, and we all burst out laughing. Luckily, there was a sub and she somehow didn't notice. Oh, and what should I name a horror film about a kid who hallucinates after coming home from rehab. All I got is "The Seventh Sense" and "Sense Zero".

Went to Best Buy and got myself a new headset (with mic of course). The headset itself is better than my headphones, and the mic is very good quality for $45. It's a Microsoft LifeChat LX-3000.

I really don't understand why people are criticizing the trailer for including the death of a child. Movies do it all the time and they don't get beef at all.

For me, it was just intense pain in my leg for a minute or so then it just stopped.

I woke up in the middle of the night last night, and there was an awful pain in my lower leg. It was so painful, I seriously almost started crying. I'm surprised the others in the house didn't wake up, because I was yelping in pain. It felt like a cramp, and it went away after a minute. Does anyone know what it could be? Had it happened to anyone here? Jeez, I can still feel the pain in my leg.

When DVDs don't have Director Commentary. I love listening to the Director Commentary, it's very interesting to me because it tells how the scenes were made and such.

People at my school are brain damaged. Yesterday, I asked a girl what the capitol of Russia is. She answered, "Berlin".

Today: "Yeah, Germany is a great country." "NAZI!"

Hopefully PC gamers don't get shafted for the third time in a row. And I hope they actually balance the multilayer this time. My beef with MW2 was that the multiplayer felt like "Yeah, let's add a bunch of cool spy gadget stuff and worry about game balance later!"

My day summed up.

Yup, today my teacher said we failed the project with no making it up. Hopefully I can get my grade up by semester. And Gabe Newell is great, sent him an e-mail asking for permission to use the hunter sound effect in a project (if we have any copyrighted material without permission, we fail). Responded in under 15 hours, granted me permission. God, I love Valve.

Had a pretty awful day. And I realize I hate Macs. My group had made a PSA for alcohol, which we worked hard on, and guess what? The format we used DOES NOT WORK WITH FREAKING IMOVIE EVEN THOUGH WE MADE SURE IT WORKED WITH QUICKTIME (sorry for caps). So, my friend took it home and edited it on his PC. He stayed up till 4 AM trying to get it to work correctly on Macs. He never succeeded. So, basically, we failed the project. My teacher has a "no excuse" policy, so yeah, I have a D for the quarter, and I've never had a grade under a C. God, I hate how my teacher INSISTS that her Macs are perfect, even though she spent $2,000 on them and they only have i3s. This is the second time Mac has screwed us over. The first time we almost flunked because the video wouldn't work with Mac. I hate how Mac is the herbivore in the pack of omnivores. It's SO picky on what file formats it takes. If my teacher had a class full of PCs, we would have no problems whatsoever. And my teacher is no help either. The first project we made, she just said, "Oh, well figure it out yourself or you flunk". It just irritates me to no end. /vent

Well, seeing some of Dizzle's posts, I can believe why his friends might be suspicious, heheh.
