I bought it today. I'm really enjoying it, even more than Civ IV.

I have a really awkward, lanky body that is pretty unflexible. My legs are really long, which people comment on a lot, and my flexibility is awful because of them. It really shows in PE.

I was walking home from the School Bus, and some kid in front of me just carelessly and intentionally dropped an empty gum box in the grass next to him. I picked it up to throw away later. He turned around and called me a "weird tree-huggin' ass N-word" (I'm white so it didn't make much sense). I just said, "I don't support trashing and littering of this neighborhood". He just turned around and said, "Man, he weird as hell for that" Well, excuse [bleep]ing me, if picking up your trash to keep the neighborhood clean is weird, then so be it.

When I use the bathroom, I always have to lock the door. Even when I'm home alone.

I was up at a relatives, so I haven't played for 2 days. Got home, showered, and played TF2 on a Dustbowl server. I was playing Spy, and was getting backstabs left and right. I guess not playing for a while makes you good...

I was stupid a couple months ago and traded my Earbuds (got them because I played on my friend's MAC) for a couple weapons. Little did I know...

My friend was telling me a story on how his elementary computer teacher said that, if you click and drag to make a select box, the computer will get a virus.

When my brother decides to torrent while I'm playing online games. Playing at a nice 60 ping, all of sudden, SHOOTS UP TO 500 PING.

I feel really stupid. Today I figured out that the Cloak and Dagger recharges when you aren't moving. I always thought that the "Motion sensitive" description meant that it recharges when enemies are moving around you. >.<

Well, I think I found the fastest way to level: -Get on server with medium/high population -Create character, do starting areas and quests until level 15 -Do dungeons until 85 I'm leveling pretty fast doing that, actually...

I tried all the AA settings, doesn't get rid of the ugly edges. >.> OT: Gravel Pit is my new favorite map. It's so open, so you can play Soldier, Scout, and Spy pretty well on it.

Does anybody know the Anti-aliasing setting to smooth this out? I know one exists. I have the game maxed out with 16x AA, dunno why it has those ugly rough edges.

The official TF2 forum is full of idiots and trolls. It's similar to the RSOF, the fansite forums are much better.

It should have no problems whatsoever. The 9800 might have some issues in 25-man raids when you have spell details set to high settings (I'd recommend against doing so as overly complicated spell graphics tend to cover up things that are more important, such as The Fire :P), but other than that nothing should cause significant slowdown. Well, I managed to get my i7 overclocked to 3.8 GHz (I have a good fan). And I get 150+ FPS on high settings. :thumbup:

I'm trying to learn how to play Spy correctly, sorta getting the hang of it, I watched omfgninja's Spy guide. I know how to do leaping stabs and such, but getting engies/sentries is still pretty hard for me. It's difficult finding the right time to sap the sentry (unless a dumb engy leaves it alone).

Will this PC run well in raids? Intel Core i7-870 overclocked to 3.2 GHz NVIDIA GeForce 9800GT (Getting a new one soon) 4GB of RAM

It's a Gigabyte P55 with USB 3.0. I believe it was around $130.

I built my i7 computer and played some TF2 on it. I was amazed. It was so fast and fluid and smooth! The graphics were great, and I actually was playing with good framerate! With my new PC, I can play TF2 at maxed settings (16x AA) at 80 FPS. Let's just say I'll be playing TF2 more often...

Don't they make power supplies?

Good news: My uncle who works for Intel has my Core i7 ready. We can pick it up anytime today. Bad news: My brother can't be arsed to drive.

Lucky. All I got was a stupid dueling game...

Well, I got my computer case and motherboard, but no processor... So, my Christmas gifts are unusable at the moment... Hopefully my Uncle who works for Intel remembered my Core i7 or I'm going to rage hard.

My uncle is flying in for Christmas tonight. I'm praying that he remembers to bring my Core i7... EDIT: Wait, can you bring a processor onto a plane?
