well lately my internet has been going down but its just runescape thats been laging the rest of my computer is fine -.- Do you do anything else with your Internet where you would notice? Any other games? Youtube videos taking really long to load? If it truly is just Runescape, I would try reinstalling Java and see if that helps. If it's just Internet in general, it's probably an ISP problem. no rs would be lagging like theres no tomorow but every thing else would work perfect :S
