Investing for the pvp update.

Well since the pvp update has been said some items went up and when it comes out items will sky rocket just wondering thnough. what are 2 very good things i should invest in? i have about 1.2 mil and want to try to make alot out of it 8-)

Because we dont know what the rules of this update will be and it could be a very long time until this update comes out, knowing Jagex.

 

 

 

Also dont rely on this whole "pure" thing can pures will most likely change becuase you probably going to need def once the whole world is wild. There are going to be a big shift in the pure world becuase some pures will become obsolete and newer types of pures will arise

I'm glad I didn't raise my defense when bounty came out, and now I might own not just dueling (last bhed f2p when I was 51 combat, and you have to be 54+ for any good kills).

I would say lobs or any other kinds of food, since no matter the pure food is always needed. Str potions and Amulets will probably rise in price too.

i think ur all ready late. if u wanted to make super profit u should have bought millions of lobbs the first day they announced pvp worlds. and then the price skyrocketed.

Well I reckon it's pots and food that will rise a lot. Regardless of the exact details of the update you can expect that such mandatory PvP supplies will rise in price. Super/pure sets, sharks.. they should go up. They certainly shouldn't go down, so it's worth a shot.

i am predicting they will go back up to 300ea but that sjust me(i have 67k)nats hoping they will rise sooner,44k of em is for 99 mage tho

You arent going to make a killing with 1.2 mill, just telling you that now. I dont know about food but rune scimmies are looking good right now.

lol you are way too late to make much with food...i bought around 100k raw lobs and 50k cooked the second the announcement came out and sold them all recently since their prices are kind of stabilising and even dropping already...made around 6M

 

 

 

this is the first wave where all the speculators are buying up food in anticipation that prices will rise but there will probably be a second wave where players themselves start buying food when PvP comes out...probably later not too soon but at the time all the speculators who bought the food items will probably cash in and the prices won't change much which is why i sold off the bulk of my food stuff already =P

 

 

 

could probably try rune items but you don't really know how it works such as what people will keep and what will they not keep if they die so hard to tell...only thing which is also certain is that food and pots will be needed which is why their prices have been rallying for the past few days...

Say you spend all your money on lobs.. and they go up 20gp (very, very generous), you will make 96k. You will also have your money tied up until the update.

 

 

 

With 1.2mil, you can probably make around 96k per hour if you put your head to it.

DON'T invest at all. 1.2M is not nearly enough for this type of investment. And PVP coming back is not going to make a difference at all. Your underestimating bounty hunter, there are TONS of BHers maybe just as much as the old pkers. You don't even know if the update is going to be good. You could be getting 3k GP per kill for all we know. You might need a defense level of 70 for all we know. Don't invest yet.

RANGING POTS . INVEST IN THAT . Just look at its graphs, its rising 100gp a day. I assure you, you will quadruple whatever you invest in.

Don't forget, the 1/10 Defence pures will still not be optimal in this new worlds. There won't be any defenceless players running around there like they did in the past, unless they make it appealing to do so (ie: removing Revenants and abyssal creatures for abyss runecrafting. Even then, though, players will choose revs/creatures over PK'ers any day, except for non-cb skillers, but that means the pker can't be over lvl 9 combat to target these players).

 

 

 

And JaGeX also announced new hard hitting weapons. So those rune scimmies might not be all too good.

Maybe the hard hitting weapons will be for 40 attack, maybe they will make a new kind of pure! I can live with 50 attack or even 60!
