If jagex finds something to fix the pvp abusing, everything will crash. or if the new skill comes out and it is a money drainer it probably will too. The new skill isn't supposed to be released for awhile though is it?

When I'm on YouTube I always see these sweet videos with great effects and I was wondering what software that is decently cheap. What are some programs that I can buy (or a free download) that are around $100. This is a great example. EDIT: Also, what can I use to record it? Would Hypercam work well?

Yup, that's by far the fastest way, but you can lose money, haven't looked at prices, but that risk is always there.

Personally, I say just go ahead and get it. It's one of the rarest capes in RS and to say you have 99 smith is quite an honor.

Agreed. Also; Did you soulwars or something? 82 HP for those stats seems awfully low. As for equipment; you should bring a mix of mage/melee def considering you'll be praying range. If you're tanking (which you shouldn't be) you'll need to emphasize range def, guthans and healing on the Sergeants is a good idea. No, I did not use Soul Wars to train, idk how it's low, it just is As for attack and defense, would 85 85 85 be ok?
