Lolololololololololololol nolifer!!!! Just kidding. This really gets on my nerves whenever I'm playing too. Usually (but not always) it's the lower levels that will beg you for money and then when you don't give it to them they start calling you names.

I think the 999134 is a summoning tank. I think I've watched a few videos on him and he is a complete beast. Couple a Steel Titan with a DFS and you'll be unstoppable.

I was buying dragon bones so I could get to 52 prayer back in probably 2006. I was gunna trade a cannon + cash for the amount needed to 52. He put them up, declined then put up big bones. Now this was in W2 Falador so I didn't get the chance to report the guy, but it was a huge loss for me. Ever since then I've tripled checked my trades.
