Personally I would just get attack to 99 and 99 hp will happen along the way. Why waste your time getting 99 hp, then getting 99 attack (all of this is assuming you plan on getting 99 attack) and getting all of that extra hp xp when you could have used that time to get attack AND hp.

I think you'd do well at green dragons. You could do GWD in welfare gear as long as you get a dragon defender. I honestly don't think barrows will ever not be viable. I definitely believe that it will bring back a huge amount of people just for the pk'ing, if it's back to the way it was pre-2007. Just think of how many people quit because of either losing free trade or pk'ing. I think that more people will probably end up using H&A instead of graveyard, but the topic will end up being moved.
