Summoning has been maxed out at 110% xp instead of the normal multiplier given. I'm pretty sure that herblore is still normal.

I'm not having any issues. Have you tried reloading the page/restarting your computer? If not try that.

A lot of people here will say don't get Bandos unless you're maxed, have overloads, and a chaotic weapon. I'd personally wait to get Bandos and just continue slaying with prossy.

That's happened at my school. That's a main reason why I don't drive recklessly, but seriously are you that stupid? You would think that after 2 people have died from automobile accidents you would have learned not to be stupid and go the speeds at which your going, and seriously, running a stop sign? That's probably the dumbest thing to ever do. What if a car had been driving and hit you? You could have killed 3 people in a split second.. I honestly wish the cop would have taken your license away/given a hefty fine to teach you not to do stupid things. Seriously, rethink what you just did and see if it was smart. If that had been my son/daughter riding with you and I had seen that I wouldn't even want them hanging out with you... Just my $.02 tl;dr don't be a friggen idiot when you just got your license. Fighter's Torso Rune is always useful. If I didn't have enough cash for barrows I'd get rune. You could perhaps also get granite, but I don't know about that.

Are you using a holy wrench for the ppots you have? Also, you could probably use ancients and use the freeze, side step maneuver. You could also use the blood spells to regenerate your hp.

It's this part that's discouraging me lol. I'll probably ask to join once I'm around 60/70 dung. You won't find floors below 30 on 148 either. I don't think even 117 does them. I meant 117, I had the worlds confused, I ended up getting a F20 med 5:5 done in around 30 minutes getting around 7k xp (which is pretty bad), we ended up losing someone so it made it 4:5
