Anyway, Slayer Dart is cheaper than Fire Wave in term of cost per cast and you can get back most of the runes from the Barrow Chest. ya thats kinda my reasoning for slayer dart. With slayer dart, i usually get one splash and thats on karil, but with fire wave i was splashing like 3 times each on torag and dharok. New Question: Black Salamander, is it better than both of those?

I started doing barrows again. I have heard a lot of people saying that both are better than the other. I tank the melee brothers (except dharok) and I noticed a lot more splashes while using fire wave. Does anyone have any numbers they wouldnt mind sharing?

I know people say to use the best slayer master you can, but im only 101 combat, and dont even consider myself that level cause of summoning. Just wondering if i should use him for all my tasks?

I dont suggest getting it at all. My friend started playing again 3 months ago, found out about them and decided he was gonna get one as a drop. He spent two months ranging iron and steel dragons, doing nothing else, and he didnt get one. He never saw anybody get one and only got a couple d legs and d skirt drops. Also, from what I've heard, dfs is not worth the money.

Is there any effective way to range turoths? I would prefer a safe spot but tanking would work fine too. And do i need to use broad arrows.bolts? Or can i just use whatever?

If your f2p, fishing lobsters is pretty bad cash, unless there is a new spot besides Karamja. Fishing itself is pretty bad money as f2p, go wc.

Well most lvl 100's who are pking and kn what they are doing, dont have flat 80's, they would have like 90 str and 70 atk and def

I really dont know the numbers, but it can be really profitable if you stick with it.

That might count, but i really dont suggest it as the granite shield is a much better choice because it has high ranged def and is relatively cheap. And with the 100 bones to peaches tabs, you can stay there for a very very long time, probably more than one sitting. You could really stay there for days at a time if you brought enough bones to peaches tabs, just remember they turn a full inventory to peaches, i started out using them for only one bone at a time.

I prefer 10 on maples and 5 on raw fish because with the maples you get bird's nests wich sell for a couple thousand gold each. Than you get the seeds, and the higher lvl ones are really worth it.

You will be fine, there really isnt that much fighting involved, except for getting the bones and the final demon. Your prayer level is definitely high enough too, I did it at the bare minimum of 43 prayer.

I would probably kill green dragons, barrows, or range aviansies. All of those things make good money if you work at it (recently got g spear, 3.2m after 6 runs that day). IF you wanna do slayer, I'd just suck it up andget that task over with, its worth getting the points, and i dont think that task is very hard.

They are in the armadyl part of the Gwd. I would wear torag helm,armadyl pendant, sara d hide body, torag legs, zammy d hide bracers, snakeskin boots, granite shield, ava's accumulator. If you want to stay there for a long time, bring like 200 bones 2 peaches tabs. bring grapple, like 100 high alch runes, tele tab, couple ranged pots, and rest with monkfish.

I will probably try fire wave in a bit, although i like ending up with more minds and deaths than when i started. I bought 500 and nw i have 1k deaths from a couple runs.
