Hello, TIFers! I have what is probably a simple question. How is damage in EoC calculated? I was under the impression that it was... Say my damage in my loadout tab is 1500. Now, say I used assault which can hit 219% of my damage. Is my hit... Math.floor(Math.floor(Math.random()*1500)*(Math.random()*2.19))In other words, is it simply a random number from 0 to 1500 multiplied by a random number between 0 to 2.19? Therefore, would that make my max hit for this example simply 1500*2.19? My main question, or most important, is the last question there. Obviously you'd multiply it by void multiplier or whatever, but is that the jist of it?

No typo. The "popular" Kryptonian fonts are incorrect. The only one that's accurate is Kryptonian 7. ;).

O_o? I was DCing in every world I tried yesterday. But once I hopped to W2 (my usual PvM world), it stopped entirely for me. Though my friends in other worlds kept logging out. :P. MY RESPONSE was made to Scherzo -- who said he hasn't been able to get past the lobby since they updated. It's been suggested by Jagex that the way past THAT ISSUE (i.e. being stuck in the lobby) is to alter your graphics settings to minimum and log in from the lobby into the game. I also failed to see where he made any mention of his applet or graphics failing. Now, I could also have sworn that said post was made in a thread titled, "Server Issues". Thirdly, and finally, I coulda swore that graphics had nothing to do with one's connection, which, last I checked, is required to "log in". Thanks for paying attention.

If it was graphics, I doubt it'd only affect specific worlds. Like I said, as soon as Ellysian and I hopped to world 2, we stopped DCing. ...And I can't remember the last time I lowered my graphics settings to improve my connection. =/. Next time my internet slows down I'll have to try re-installing my graphics drivers. :P.

I DCed a good 8 or so times soloing GWD last night also. Would be good if they'd address the issue or at least make a public statement about it. :(.

Went to Bandos today. Crashed a couple people (including teams) and ended up getting 3 drops. So, if we can come up with a funny, and fair, way to distribute prizes, I'll have a Bond or two for the winner.

(As we said on Skype) Even if they're already P2P, it'll still go to something they need instead of something they want. I'm sure anybody wouldn't mind saving their membership fee once or twice. :P.

So I got this great idea... As most of you know, I don't really play RuneScape anymore. My time is chewed up by work, friends, drinking, eating, and sleeping. However, as you can see, I still hop on from time to time for a quick boss trip. Lately I've been PvMing and simply giving all of my drops away. Take Cherry-Poo for example. Or, one of my new favorites, is hop-crashing people: -Hop to a populated world. -Crash anyone in it. -When they hop or teleport, hop to another world. -Repeat. I know, it's being a dick, but it makes for very fast kills and extremely fast drops. Though, lately I've had a blast crashing them, getting a drop, and then trading it to them for free. It just confuses the hell out of them and leaves them almost dazed. Or, I'll hop to a random live stream and give it to them. Now... Here's my idea. I'd rather help out Tip.It then random strangers. So, I need some input. I want to do PvM trips, and then pass on any drops I get to those less wealthy here on Tip.It. Maybe have some stupid or funny contests. There's two ways I'm thinking of doing this... Firstly, I can simply hand them the drop. If I get dragon limbs, they get them. This is what I was going to do... But when I looked at my brother's GE history and saw Bond, Bond, Bond, Bond, Bond, Bond, Bond, I got another idea. If I get a drop, I could sell it, buy Bonds, and pay for your membership! This will give the F2P people here on TIF a chance to be a member at no cost to them. :). So there it is. What are your thoughts? What are some funny things we could do to decide Bond/item winners? Do we hold the fun activity before the PvM event or after? Etc?

Nothing spectacular. Was at the end of a trip. If you need more information on luring, tell me and I'll make a video with a tad more effort/detail (where I actually kill them). But, it's near 5AM and I needed sleep so I wasn't putting much effort into it. :P.

Son of a... I had it all typed out, switched tabs to Cherry-Poo's blog, accidentally clicked the X on this tab instead of switching to it. But, Pest Control is easy as hell now. With EoC, you run in with magic, hit for a few seconds, AFK. If you don't have the money for Nex sets, it's very much worth it until you do. You don't need elite, since I think the only difference is prayer bonus. If you can get a vampyrism aura or scrimshaw, you can scrap the need for a healing familiar and swap it for a fighting one. Even the lower familiars can help. Also, magic to ranged+cruelty wouldn't be bad for a beginner. Darklight hits damn near 90% of the time regardless of the gear you're wearing and the cruelty rips them apart. It's definitely my favorite setup, though takes alot more paying attention to match the DPS of melee and magic (timing abilities perfectly). A tip: Make a good 10+ sapphire lanterns and keep your darklight on death. It won't be on your grave. :P. PS. That lure video is coming. Was struggling last night - I reformatted and lost my Naga scripts and setups, so had to get used to a few others. :(.

Awesome time PvMing with you again, bud! Have to do it again sometime on my days off. :D. Next time let's go rip some TDs apart like the old days. ^^.
