It's not useless at all. You can buy a few rune/addy items there so that you don't have to hunt down players :P Besides, you can't wear rune plates unless you do the Dragon Slayer quest which starts at the very champions guild ;)

The fact that it's breaking the rules is a banable offence. If the people don't seem to be banned isn't a way of saying that it's a green light. So to be on the safe side, don't use it :)

It's actually 59 mining you need. The dwarven stout only raises 1 level max. Even if you take several drinks it only raises by 1.

The easiest way of getting a topic closed is to you just change the title into "close" or "lock". That way we can see it much faster than checking each thread by hand. Well, locked ;)
