"For special (members) Spicy Stew you need to complete the "Evil Dave : Evil stew" part of the Recipe For Disaster quest. You first need a normal stew, then you can add spices to it. Various combinations will boost some of your stats. The boosts are random, but Jagex has announced that there is a correlation between colours and affected skills (listed below, with a roughly descriptive label devised for each group). You can only use up to 3 doses of any one colour, but you can use as many colours as you like. The stat effect will be plus or minus two times the number of spice doses used. If you add 2 red and 3 brown (a total of 5 doses), the stat effect may be anywhere from -4 to +4 in a red skill, and/or -6 to +6 in a brown skill. red (combat): Attack, Defence, Ranged, Strength, and Magic orange (skillcraft): Construction, Cooking, Crafting, Fletching, Runecrafting, and Smithing yellow (self-improvement): Agility, Prayer, Slayer, Thieving, and Hunter brown (gathering): Farming, Fishing, Firemaking, Herblore, Mining, and Woodcutting " Taken from tip.it cooking guide :)

It takes about 2-3 hours i think if i remember correctly. Im pretty sure you'll need to bank at some point regardless. And you probably wont die, i did it at level 60 or so and only died once due to lag.

I personally love firemaking hence why i am going for 99 in that skill. I cant help but burn logs, cept for magics, only logs i dont burn really, unless i put em in pyre mode. All my accs i've made so far have had fm right up there with wc. People ask why and i think to myself of an answer. And the answer is a question i've come up with: what is more exciting, making fires or putting logs in a bank? Im going to be cutting and burning yews all day today for the time that im on. Which wont be that much cuz of thanksgiving party. But yaaa 99 fm, cooking, fletch is not noob. If they are "cheap skills" then arent cb related skills cheap as well? You dont spend anything to train atk, str, def, hp. All you do is fight monsters, which involves a lot of clicking and time and effort. You do that with cooking, fletching and firemaking as well. You could also say that about crafting as well, just make a lot of bowstring and you have level 99 and a bunch of moolaa. Idk where im going with this haha.

Im doing willows in non membs. But im pretty sure i can do a hefty amount of them each day. 3-4k+ probably, 8k on good days? Idk havent tried yet. Lets dddddddddddddddddddddduel!

Thats how i trained mine as well. I added some stuff in my house tho on the way.

Good luck with all that you're doing. I might try to beat you to the 99 fm :). Im only 86 at the moment but i'll be concentrating strictly on firemaking in the next month so i might be able to catch up. Hmm well it cost me 7-8m for level 67 construction. I probably wasted 2-3m on stuff inside the house tho. The rest was strictly for leveling. Just to give you some numbers to work with. You should get to at least level 60-62.

Theres some stairs that got unlocked in underground pass where the 3 dwarves live. Just go there and you're at thorgel. And to save you some time, you dont need to go collect the items, just go buy a death talisman and use it on altar and you get access to it :)

Well you could go there too but banking over there or dropping takes longer than banking in shilo village.

Salmon and trout in shilo village is fastest

This is what im wearing right now. Im thinking about switching to a zammy stole and zammy crozier to replace glory and banner. Just trying to look my best before i get stuck in non membs for a month or two. Any ideas would be grand, and i want to keep cook cape on, it will turn trimmed after a while.

You can do a bunch of bowstrings and make a hefty profit. I was about to do that but i got lazy and felt like doing other things. I'll get to it sometime tho. So ya...thats what i think. You can probably get 5k done a day if you work at it.

Oh okay, thanks Mylez. I will take your word for it and if your word is wrong i shall pk you! Actually no cuz have you seen my cb stats??? Haha. And i'll prob do a little more stuff after 99 fm. Train my other acc some, train some stuff on here, stuff like that. I'll prob have membs by february again tho. Then i go do the new quests and get wc to 99.

I'm going to be wearing cooking cape to non membs and im wondering if once i get another 99, lets say 99 firemaking, will my cooking cape automatically become trimmed?

Nope, that wont work either at least i dont think. Try it if you want. Oh and are you sure distances dont matter? Ranging Turoths halfway across the room makes arrows drop there.

You are probably too far away from the enemy for it to get your bolts/arrows. You have to be like right next to them.

Im trying to get one right now while getting my defence to 75. I have 35 out of 55 prayer pots left. I dont really mind much if i find it or not, its just it would be really nice if i did. Just went and got a ring of wealth too so hopefully that will help.

Turoths are very annoying...And yes you need to use broad arrows/bolts. If you can get them stuck by the bottom left corner where the path turns to the stronger slayer monsters then you got yourself a safespot.

Haha wait till you do Mournings End Part II. I failed like 50 times on the hand hold thingies going across the wall...And it was last quest to do too so i stayed at it for about 3-4 hours. That was just last night too, my second time doing it (other acc got banned). There are some more annoying quests than Underground pass out there. Underground pass is probably in the top 10 though.
