If that doesn't work. Contact Jagex using their personal emailing system and prove you're the legit owner. Actually, strange as this might be, friend of mine got hacked not long ago while he had an e-mail registered to it along with recovery questions. He tried recovering his account with the use of the e-mail but that didn't work. he only managed to get it back after trying to recover it with the security questions after his second attempt. i had the same thing happen lol took me 2 times to get it back
