That is what I thought you meant. However, if the woman can knock the face off of the man just as the man can knock the face off of the woman, the charges should be the same? That's not gonna happen w/o cutting her out of your life completely for an extended period of time. Women are all about "equal rights," and they should accept the fact that having equal rights means that they should share the same punishment as men do for crimes such as rape or assault or murder. Just because they are physically less apt to do harm to others doesn't mean that they should get off the hook so easily. For instance, if a dude severely pissed me off, I'd knock them out. Since the women want equal treatment, should I knock them out too? I'm leaning towards a yes on this one.

There isn't really a huge PKing community here as far as I know, but I would say that 40/99/40 is probably the best option. Although, it might be worth your time to get whatever attack level is requires for gravite equipment.

SC pickax only lasts for like 20k exp, so it isn't worth it. As far as your last two skills, I'd honestly just Effigyscape them. However if you still want to actually train the skills, the horn isn't worth filling for mining, and the agility part is about the same.

Nobody knows for sure. Some people say that they could be 50-100k each. Then again, the people that are doing high level bosses such as Nex shouldn't have to buy the flasks anyway.
