I've done something like a hundred trips to Zammy, and 30-40 trips to Bandos. Never had anything at Bandos - well a guy got a chest on LS in a mass..... Zammy, i've had 2 spears and a steam staff on CS. Thats it. My total loss for it is something like 450k? And thats with no deaths. It's my luck, i've been playing for ages and only had 1 dragon skirt and a 2M split of a chain at KQ. :cry: People ask me why i'm poor for my level. Thats why. Its not called LuckScape for nothing ;)

Superb idea. Some tweaking by JaGex here and there may be necessary, but its still brilliant! I give you 100% of my support :thumbsup:

I see your point, it has become very unused. You can always still find a bargin in Falador general store, mainly on gems, you have to wait a while most of the time though - Saying this though, I normally play in un-populated worlds, so maybe it varies? I remember once back in the good old days, I went into Varrock general to use the west bank (the old hotspot), and thought, why not go to the General Store? I was lucky and found a Yew seed for something like 180gp, I then sold it instantly at the bank for a nice 60k \

I recently had this problem, and just yesterday i decided to cut my bank from ~200 to the F2P 68, because i had 6 or 7 items that i had taken out by accident and so had to carry them with me.... :thumbdown: If your P2P at this moment in time, take this advice: Sell Every P2P Item in your bank that has a value over 10gp!!! Trust me on this, I sold loads of things in my bank, about 150 odd different items, it gave me around 6-7M+!! Then, yesterday when clearing my bank, I made a count of everthing I dropped, and found i could have made another 2M quite easily - and that was selling at GE lowest #-o GUTTED Think of it this way, anything you sell now, will probably be cheaper the next time you get membership, whether it be a month or a year from now. So if you sell everthing worth selling, you will actually MAKE money. Hidden below is a picture of my bank as current, and my outfit so you see all the items I have. In the first tab, most of the items are P2P, i advise you only keep items which cannot be easily replaced, I know i sould have sold my whip and a few other things, but bare with me #-o The 3 extra spaces are for the robes im wearing. [hide=Georgelemmons][/hide] I advise you also take into account anything else you may do, such as PKing, where you may need Rune armour and Green D Hide, for this i suggest you keep them boxed in sets to save 3-4 spaces.

And i use it all the time when doing shades of mort'on, its highly convnient. I was merely saying that the minigame itself needs an update because there are very few people who use it.

Most of the lands in the east need an update. This means Canifis all the way to Harmony Island. Honestly, you only ever see people in Caifis becuase they are there for; A stage in a Farming Run Banking for Slayer Tower Banking for Barrows General Low Level players/New members doing the 5 or 6 quests around that area. :wall: Harmony Island - who can honestly say that they have spent a decent amount of time there after the quest? Maybye for farming, but really, its kind of out the way. :thumbdown: Mort'on especially needs an update. :pray: Mort'on is home to The Shades of Mort'on minigame - possibly my all time favourite minigame, it gives good (FREE) prayer experience and reasonably good crafting experience. But nowerdays not many people are there, even in the specified world, becuase the rewards aren't viable - who wants some cloth that sells barely over 1k? You could make it into Splitbark armour, but for the effort and money it takes, you barely even make 10k profit. They need to update the minigame specifically, make it more appealing, maybye some new items which you can sell for a profit? :thumbsup:

I'm going to have to give the new 5min logout timer a :thumbdown: The logout timer should be Less than 90 seconds in my opinion, maybe about 30/60 or 30/60 seconds + 10seconds after last combat. I've died at numerous places from lag, and then not logging out fast enough. (A very funny one was at Steel Dragons, i was maging them with some spare blood runes from Barrows, and I lagged out, but my character kept going, and ran out of runes, so i attacked the dragon with an air battlestaff in mage robes. I died spectacularly. Nowerdays, this wouldn't be too much of a problem because we have graves; at the time, they wernt around [Mid-ish 2007], so i died, and when i logged back in i got a PM from someone saying "Thanks for the 2k chaos runes and mage robes!!! I really needed them!" I got OWNED OT: The rest of it sounds sweet - New diary, phoenix and tweaks (The smallest individual - and yet most significant thing possible) Wonder what happened to mobilising armies though? I'm a big fan of tactical army games, I wanted to see this implemented so so badly!

[hide=] While no one can say for sure, I think that this passage referring to the lips of Guthix is just a little joke that Movario told for himself, and not a metaphor or any object he truly believed existed. That said, I don't think Guthix has any lips, or even a mandible, in his preferred form, the floating tentacle skull of balance! Zamorak however, appears to have some very full bodied lips *cough* collagen injections *cough* [/hide] Prehaps, but when the first person discovered a passage about the Stone of Jas, im fairly sure they didnt think someone named Jas had contracted Kidney Stones? I'm sure there's more to it than meets the eye, maybye it will be eladborated on further in future quests by JaGex? And anyway, since when has Moravio made a joke? Hes a bit too stuffed up his own, er, face ;)

Id like to say that this is THE best thread i have ever spent 30mins reading. I haven't yet done WGS, but i thought i had all the imformation possible from it, i guess i'm wrong. Something that did catch my eye though; When Moravio talks about the "Lips of Guthix" and if they could drink the sea, or something of the sort. I've contemplated this for a while, and i'm fairly sure that this is not a metaphor. Maravio is an archeologist (sp?) or some sort, you speak to him a lot during the quest, and from what i've elaborated on, he is a SkEPTIC! Skeptics wouldn't use something like this metaphoricly, i think he talks of it physically. Maybye they arent actually lips, but prehaps it is something to do with the ocean, maybye a bottomless cavern where water flows into? But then the Underwater city thing caught my eye. Prehaps the 'lips' are a locking system or to be more precise an unlocking system of the city. Only time will tell im sure :thumbup: But, i promise you, it is definetly something significant. [hide=] OMG, Guthix is a Mahjarrat!!!!!! Or not ufcourse Propably coincidence. Yeah I was just throwing it out there, it is probably coincidence. I'll leave other people to develop conspiracy theories :lol: [/hide] Not a conspiracy theory as such;) But it is interesting that both Guthix and Mahjarrat (Specificly: Lucien, Aktanakos, Enakhra and Zemouregal) all use a skull to display themselves most commonly. Its also odd that a mortal (or almost a mortal anyway) can become a God by taking the power of another God, surely if a human did it they would be killed? The Mahjarrat must be more closely related to the Gods than we currently think.... Prehaps it is coincidence, but you need to remember, this is JaGex, they like to make us think of things as coincidence. Hows that for a first ever post?
