To be quite honest, i think quest cape > most skill capes. Exception of like, untrimmed summoning, hp, slayer. The obvious things.

Try to get logs, ores, food raw and cooked, strength potions, capes, amulets, boots... Can't think of much more.

I'm a rather poor level 59, but i still spend much of my money on ice bursts in castle wars, and let me tell you its fun. One of the reasons runes shouldn't be free is the fact that they are overpowered in castle wars, simply because of the freezing, and the fact that it can almost always hit more than 2 people at once. The XP is actually pretty good, and I'm more than willing to pay 500k for a few games of castle wars when I'm bored. Unless you took away the XP from well, everything in castle wars. Rune's shouldn't be free. Rangers should probably get non broken arrows back, and the rewards should be improved, so i agree with that. Also, waiting is a pain, such a good minigame, and you have to wait for 20 mins.

Its not worth exclusively hunting penguins, but you might as well spy on them if you see them. Its like getting a free book of knowledge every time you see a penguin, use it on skills like rune crafting or summoning.

If you have 43 prayer, just tank him with melee prayer on, mage him, and put on dragonhide chaps. I have 1 defence, and i managed to do it. Shouldn't be to much trouble, but again this is if you have 43 prayer.

It's not THAT much better, but it makes a diffrence. Why do people get a fire cape when its not THAT great. BECAUSE ITS THE BEST CAPE YOU CAN GET. If there is something better than a fury, fury will plummet, its not about its stats its the fact that its the best amulet in the game at this time. And plus. 15 defense more prayer, why not.

People like to buy skills, because they are lazy. Also, factor in charms. People generally try to squeeze as much XP out of their charms as possible, because they are harder to get than money.

Though i believe magic is underpowered when used by itself, so is melee or range as people have to switch to d'hide to own mages. Probably one of the worst things is that, Melee armor is good against range and melee and has negative mage and ranger attack bonuses, and negative mage defence, range armor is good against magic, and also has negative mage bonus. Which leaves mage armor, the only armor mages can use, which provides little melee defense, and gives mages significantly less versatility in terms of armor class when compared to warriors. Every single other class in the combat triangles armor is good against offending class, Melee armor protects against range well, range protects against magic well, and mage armor protects against itself, and nothing much. But, in a world of hybriding, which really is the only way to PK nowadays, Magic is invaluable, so although you wouldn't use magic by itself generally because of little KO value and low accuracy, you will probably need it when hybriding.

Nope, i do it all the time, with forums, movies, etc. Its completely legal because your not "afk" your just watching something in another screen.

Saradomin, and a close 2nd is zamorak. I think godswords are to expensive to risk in PVP, so the best PVM godsword is saradomin, because of healing. And zamorak because it would extremely useful in castle wars, which is a minigame which i love.

Stab weapons like spear SHOULD Be good for killing them. But everyone knows your better off with a whip.

Honor pking is overrated. People do whatever they can to keep their items and get kills, its the way PVP works. I'm sorry if people don't just bow down to you and die like you might be used to. Not only that, old wildy was never without pjing, it happened then, it happens now. Good luck good bye, get lost.

I want 83+ hunter, and 25mill +. I have 55 hunter at the moment, and 5 mill.

f2p should get skill capes, more bank space, and a mage update (probably for wave spells). I'm p2p by the way, but i still think f2p should get better.

Sorry i don't support, why should a non combat skill affect combat.

Range really is a boring one in f2p. Try just shooting down zombies across the lake, or those hobgoblins near the crafting guild.

Nice cape, No one could care less about 99 firemaking and 99 cooking but hey they have the cape. Even if the skill is useless as a 3 legged donkey. I respect the quest cape more than most other capes, with the exception of slayer, summoning, and runecrafting.

Summoning Lovely concept, got me exited, but it needs ALOT of work. Such as pet AI. Charms are much to hard to get its almost exclusively for higher levels and the Combat familiars just don't cut it when your training.

Put into account the price, (absurdly high) and coupled with the fact that barrows armor is better yet cheaper, then, you begin to get the picture ehy?

This could unbalance things in PVP, no other non combat skill except agility affects pvp, why should agility affect it even more with faster run speeds.

Being a higher level can actually net you less respect, if you don't have good items. Low levels with high level items (robin hood hat etc) seem to get more respected than high levels with less expensive attire.

If your not on a tight budget or anything whenever you can. No matter what aspect of the game you are at, its always better in p2p.

d'hide chaps, mith gloves, fury ammy, robin hood hat, Zammy book, wizard/ranger/iron boots. Outside of them, its basically purely for looks.
