Well Im new to the forums so please don't be harsh on me Today I was thinking of the past and what I could have done better and not have done (if makes sense lol), I was regretting many things i've done in my RS Life, becoming a main, quitting a pure, spent lots of money on pvp gear, wasted money on skills, begging such and such and a few examples, and I'd like to know what you regret! As I said before I regret quitting a pure and gaining many Combat levels to only get owned in BH, PVP, DA, but owning at PVM with high defense is a bonus lol. Spending nearly 4m on God Books, God Staff's. And thats about it lol I never really go outside of my comfort zone so thats basicly why I have so little regrets :P. Please dont flame me if this topic has been made before Im new and I just thought it would be a good topic to brainstorm on your RS Life so far. Lol nice topic. I remember when I started playing in Grade 5, lol I went to this new school and the whole school was obsessed with it. I made my first account Poordude99, Friends helped me get 5k to start off, Started woodcutting as it was my fave skill got to 75, merched ALOT Made only 30m, then suddenly someone had hacked it took off 26m, Left a whip + full rune and other junk... I was annoyed then sold everything for a D axe and got 84 Woodcut at mages to lose another 4M Cash... and lose the account 2 weeks later. Now Calzer101 My perfect wildy Pker at the time was left, Late 2004 it was poor but a good staker / pker, I staked about 10k - 30k at times and with that only 10k I turned into 1m Then I knew I had money to merch just like Poordude99 did, I bought 3 D'hide (G) Chaps at 200k ea and sold 250kea Slowly. and Turned into 2.5m in about a 3 months or so LOL. Then the trade limit got canceled, I lost hope and quit for 1+ year I returned because well I had nothing left to do, I own at FPS and well it was boring so I went back to Runescape to see what has happened. Nothing much, not much scammers left, People, Members, And it was kinda quiet with no people selling at Varrock w bank. I got on Calzer101 sadly made it a main as well I had to being as there was no more staking nor merching I started to skill. In 2 + years I got my FIRST 10mil on Calz I was happy that I actually EARNED my own money using my SKILLS rather then just risking it. From that time on its been pretty smove riding with Calz some achievements in 08 Got First 99 Skill, hit 65m in cash and items as of December 08, and has set new goals for 09 :). Things have been like a dream on Calz, and I wanted to share the dream with my Old but rare username back in 2006 when I returned to rs named "Faking Puss" lol seriously. Anyway Just started training on it with no help, lol kinda feels weird when your starting at lvl 3 again and getting the same levels again. Faking is an obby mauler / pure ranger which is a deadly combo in pvp and Duel arena which I am undefeated So far 41 cmb ATM beat up to 46 Cmb... :D, Made first 1k at Chickens kept on going to 60 str at chickens + cows and had 100k and it was also weird achieving first 100k on faking because it felt so little compared to the 65 on Calz, with maybe a lil begging :D. and from then on I became a member on Faking and became a dream obby mauler/ pure ranger :D, which nearly 3mil and 76 Woodcut, 64 str, 51 range, 55 hp its a pure I never had :D. New goals set for 09 and riches :D Man these were the days.

Lol I totally Understand your arguement after reading several pages, I personally own 1 Torso ATM, I have lost 1 during DT, SK, and one other I forget which is 4 torso's and about 40+ hours of wasted time. Anyway I wear a torso mostly for looks (Looks good on girls as I am on rs) but sometimes I do prefer a SC Platebody which is equal to a Rune Platebody. Torso has 4+ Strength which gives me 1 Extra hit for most of my weapons used and also has a similar slash defense bonus which is the most commonly used weapon style eg Whip, D scim, SS, GS. For rune plate (SC plate), I use this for when fighting real tough NPC's that doesn't deserve the extra 1 hit to sacrifice maybe 20HP on myself, Plate has an alrounded defense bonus stats which is good when there are rangers, obby maul or what so ever in pvp (in and out pvp worlds). As this also mentions Barrows and Proselyte I highly prefer to use these OVER torso on many occasions. In the 8 Hours spent I can make 2-4M (using WC, Mining, fishing, Aviansies etc), While using a rune platebody takes absolutely no time to get, and considering its only 45k seems free to me (lol a bit rich :D). Torso I personally ONLY EVER use to well Show off with my Skill cape + ags such and such, and also when I fight NPC's like Moss giants, Pest control, Yaks etc as they dont hit much. TIP! Also another very good combination for using torso is using a black or slayer mask together (ONLY ON SLAY TASKS) as this will cause more hits then damage received (what I beleive). Overall Result! Torso = Skilling, Showing Off, Hitting hard, No defense quality, Not Worth time. Rune/SC Plate = And all rounded AFFORDABLE AND Timeless Plate and most common choice for a Platebody. Barrows = Extra Defense + Prayer bonus Gives it a edge in PVP (in and out worlds), and NPC Combat. Proselyte = Pray Bonus that will last very long and is good for versing NPC's 150+ (Most) with the use of Prayer potions and also a decent PVP Armour as can keep prayer on for a long period of time. i just laugh at those without a skillcape making fun of my fm cape its rather funny Lol, really? You know why I laugh with 99 firemakers. Cause it's dead boring! Why would you bore the hell out of yourself to get a USELESS 99. On top of that, it's so fast and cheap xp, that it's really easily gotten, if you rule out the boredom. So you dont even get "respect" either. What's left? Wasted hours in the chase of a 99, which in the end, is a letdown. Might aswell go for a 99 you like, or that's useful. And about people who laugh at your skill cape while they dont have 99s: They havent spent 100 boring hours firemaking. They > you. Also, I got 99 magic, ranged and hitpoints, and in fact, I wish I didnt grind for the last few lvls. I'm getting the xp anyway, and every xp past 99 feels like a bit of wasted grinding. So i'd rather not have 99s. (of course, that's afterwards. Before, you are excited cause you want to wear that shiny cape, yay). Oh yes, and your 99's are so tough! Chinning for 99 range is easier then cooking, fming or fletching. Hp you usually get close to when you get 99 range, so not so tough, and magic you just alch or burst or whatever you do. Noncombat 99's are usually harder then combat ones. A 99 is a 99 no matter in which skill. Lol you cant speak with your cooking or fletching cape... I personally have a woodcutting cape and that in your quote is true, Earning a skill cape takes time and effort but in your case fletching and cooking is what I like to call COMMON Buying skill cape noticed how I said common. And combat 99's are easy but takes time, no profit.

Thats a pretty decent hit, I think you could probably do a 60 if your lucky :thumbup: WAW Nice Oooh and my first post on forums l0l :D
