I haven't read all 5 pages, so I don't know if this has already been stated already or not, but.. It is a method transferring cash between 2 acc's. The acc receiving the cash picks up snape, once he has a full load, he trades the acc with the cash. He "sells" the snape to the acc with the cash. The acc giving the cash then drops the snape, rinse and repeat.

How bout 91 RC? That'd be pretty challenging :P Either this or 99 range maybe?

How do you not understand? They're both black and they're calling themselves a term that white people used to (and still do) use to try to hurt them. Of course if a white person called a black person a [bleep] it'd be offensive. If them saying it takes away the meaning, it shouldn't be restricted to just them being allowed to say it.

This is what I don't get, tacking an A on the end of a word takes away the offensiveness? Guess I can drop F bombs wherever I go, as long as I add on that "A" :roll: OK, the meanings taken away when black people say it, but they get pissed when white people say it?

always isn't a good word to use on any RS items. they have to drop eventually. if the price is too high than no one will buy them and therefore, it'll drop again. I think it's pretty safe to say that phats' prices will always go up. And couldn't jagex have solved the whole rare problem, if they had just dropped crackers every X-mas? And pumpkins every Halloween, etc.?

Phats will Always keep going up, simply because there are so few of them. With more higher level players quitting supply goes down and demand is still high.
