The old fasion way is to kill blue drags (under heroes guild), your range level would make it very fast and its good money, you tele to the game rooms useing the games necklace and then tele to bounty hunter to bank, thats how im working to get a BGS 6m to go w00t

Stick with Fally, I think its the fastest if you dont want to tele.

Its just green till you get maxed cash, which is 2.14 something bill not totaly sure on the exact number

I beat the quest at 1 defence so its not THAT hard, I think the first fight is by far the hardest, i ended up poisoning the guy then hiding in the doorway. The others are fairly easy and i would just follow the tipit guide word for word Good Luck!
