I recommend doing this. My stats are kinda similar and using a red slamander seems to work well for me. It's mostly luck but i've gotten Guthan's spear twice and Dharok's helm once and i've only done it bout 10 times ;)

You get 6 exp for casting windstrike whether you hit them or not, then you get that added to four times whatever you hit... so if you hit a 5 you would get... 5x4 = 20, 20+6 = 26 Exp, and if you hit a 0 you would just get the 6 exp did you even think before you posted that random calc WIND STRIKE!!!! IT HITS 2 not 5 smarts and damage xp for mage gives 2xp per damage THEREFORE 6-10xp per attack edit-wouldnt 1mil runes take a couple days to buy? Did you even think before you posted? You missed the whole point of the post... All he was trying to say is that you always get 6xp
