Sixaxis is awfull, all the downsides of the normal controller plus its just too light and has no vibration. Seriously I'd still upgrade my Sixaxis to a Dualshock just for the weight.

A modded controller wouldn't have any effect on a bolt action. Probably just lag, I remember lagging one time and my Spas-12 started firing like crazy.

Seriously though I find it hard to see why you reached that conclusion. They're bigger yes, but unless you have small hands that's a good thing because if anything the PS3 controllers are a little on the small side. They're heavier which I find better as well. The trigger buttons are much better than the PS3 ones, and so are the analog sticks. Pressing R3/L3 can start to get quite painful if yopu have to hold it for a long time, e.g. sprinting in Call of Duty. The plastic feels better as it has a little grain in it and is easier to hold if your hand gets sweaty. The start/select buttons feel better than the PS3 ones as they are proper plastic rather than rubber. On the whole they are just made of better quality stuff and after extensive use of them both it becomes apparent. The D pad is a little crappy, and they take batteries, which are the only bad things about them. I thought I was going to have problems with the analog placement after having always used a Sony controller but after 10 minutes it felt fine.

I have a Dualshock 3, and 2 Sixaxis pads I got with the console. They're decent but simply not as good as the Xbox 360 controller. But at least I can charge them without having to buy something. Do any of you guys actually use Playstation Home? I mean it was hyped up loads, but to me it's pretty boring. The only joy I could get out of it was messing around with the emote things and provoking people. I deleted it actually as it was wasting 3GB of space.

I like using Model 1887s now but before the patch they were [bleep]ing ridiculous. As for the F2000, I'm going to be getting mastery on it this prestige when I unlock it. Just UMP, UZI, F2000, and M240 masterys left to do. And AK47 but I'm gonna have to stop presiging for that. I know the F2000 seems to be regarded as a POS, but then so was stuff like the Skorpion in Cod4 which was actually amazing when used right. The special red dot sight thing is terrible though.

They [bleep]ing suck. Unless your on the big maps you normally lose at least one because its on a roof or something, and a lot of the time a noob can steal one whilst you get the other three.

I played10 FFA games today for the challenge. First 9 there were no boosters, in the 10th a pair of idiots were boosting at the back of Rundown. I saw them on my Predator's camera, went to their spot and killed one, then killed the other whilst he was controlling his chopper gunner. Sent a message saying "no nuke for you", then got a nerdrage voicemessage from a 10 year old. Then another pair turned up halfway through the match, killed them, then won 30-5. Followed one of the boosters to a Highrise game, who I found by spectating. Ruined his spree as well. Seriously how easy is it to win in FFA? In the 11 or so matches I played I came 1st in I think 8 of them and then close second in the others. It seems FFA is just full of noobs and boosters.

Had some BS emergency airdrops yesterday. One was something crap like a sentry gun, 2 counter UAVs and a Pave Low, which some little inbred stole before I could get it. Another was 3 counter UAVs and a UAV.

Trade any XBL cards for that? So yeah I prestiged again, on the third one. Ugly symbol but I got another custom class slot.

Sounds like a bit of a [bleep]. Though TBH Nukes in general along with knife running [puncture]s are definately one of the dumbest things on MW2.

I've seen people Nuke boosting a couple of times out of around a thousand Ground War matches.

Yeah I pretty much never used the RPG in Cod4. The worst thing about prestiging in MW2 to me is only having the RPGs for 5 levels. I've never actually used Danger Close with them, its probably ridiculous, but I find I can get multikills fine without it. I love Skidrow because firing a rocket down either the hall or the tunnel is usually a double kill. Wow mario you really did all that? I mean seriously is boosting really that bad? It sounds to me just throwing on SitRep so you can see the tactical insertions is all you really need.

There is that official PS3 one they gave away with SOCOM which is supposed to be good. Too few people have mics to make it really worthwhile.

I remember getting 8/9 people with one airstrike on Cod4, on District of all places. Died, called in the airstrike, and went straight to copter.

Skully how many have you got with the Javelin before? The other night you were getting like 4 every time rofl. Kinda funny, I fired an RPG down the tunnel on skidrow, got 3 kills, then you killed me and I think 2 other people with a Javelin. Looked great on killcam.

I think if you let an emotionally/mentally disturbed child play say Manhunt at the age of 10 then yes it probably would have consequences. But then the culpability lies with whoever allowed that child to play an 18 rated game, not the game developers. An ordinary kid would be able to tell the difference between real life and a video game, there are always outside factors. I love how scaremongers have called for violent games to be banned but say nothing about films like SAW for example. Sure you aren't doing anything yourself but an actual live action film to me is probably worse than a game, where graphics can only look so real.

FAL with HOLO sight + Stopping Power is a 2 hit kill at any range. Without HOLO and SP its a 3HK at most ranges. Personally I'd just use hardline/cold blooded. HOLO sight is different on different guns, on M16 it noticeably decreases recoil to almost nothing.

I don't think so, I got my 1000 kills emblem with it yesterday and it seemed fine. With stopping power and the holographic sight its still a 1HK at a good range. So you need SP for a basically guaranteed kill? I've been using lightweight. You can do fine without SP, but with SP you can get 1HK at almost its max range. About 700/1000 or so kills I have with it were done using Hardline on a FAL/WA2000 class. Holographic sight does seem to increase the range slightly, one bug I've noticed with it is that FMJ doesn't seem to work on it.

About a month ago I was looking at some TB X31s, do TBs connect to the 360 controller or the console? Because of where my console is positioned it's not an option for me to have it plugged in there, or the TV. What puts me off them is that my friend has gone through 3 pairs. Maybe he's just an idiot though; he broke the wired 360 mic that comes with it in about 3 days when I'm still using mine to this day. He also managed to litterally blow his PS3's GPU as well by having both HDMI and SD cables in it or something rofl.

Got "Carpet Bomber" earlier, and unlocked the Cod4 emblem. I got it with a harrier, the first airstrike killed 3 and the next one killed 2, so you don't need to use a precision airstrike.
