I hate Macs but I love my iPhone and iPod Touch ;) Oh and I decided on drawing the apple sitting in grass, then having some mushrooms or something growing around it ;). I also started to draw a tree stump for it to sit on but failed at that... Anything else please do tell. Oh and if anyone knows of any good tutorials on making grass, that would be highly appreciated since atm....it looks like, well I dunno, but it's not good :S

Both sound like good ideas :) But, seeing as I haven't got a good imagination, im gonna have to look around for some photos of windowsils etc for reference... And littleboy, isn't that font the one used for Apple products? If that's so, you're being funny or serious? :P

Well, I got Photoshop CS5 other day and thought I'd try out some of it's amazing new features. Once of them is the Mixer Brush Tool, which in my opinion, basically replaces the msudge tools when it comes to digipainting. So here, have apple: [hide][/hide] Oh and keep in mind, this is like my...3rd digi-painting? And they other two were about two years ago so... Oh and this has taken about 2 hours, but I would like to make some changes once people tell me what needs doing. Also, any ideas for the background?

Thanks for the great feedback :) Now time to explain myself :) Firstly Yes, I forgot to mention that I used the eyes and ears used in the film already. So technically you could say that it isn't totally original..but I don't see many big photo manips that are.. Anyway, I think I'll take you up on the adjustments and maybe change some things about it to see if i can make it look better. Thanks again :) EDIT: Scrap that, it will take too much work to re-construct the face since I had already sized and cut out the color layers and etc to make it look like it is.. god, should have saved more layers and stuff >_>

Well, here we go... It's for a magazine cover for Media Studies...So it wasn't just a big waste of time :) Okay so here's the original.. It's not the exact original as thats the manip I made for my facebook profile..But you get the idea of what i started with. [hide][/hide] And here's the finished result...took roughly around 3 hours. [hide][/hide] EDIT: Added another version, this time - I'm a zombie :) Not really done with it yet, but I can't be bothered anymore...about 12 hours work right there: [hide][/hide] Comments will be nice :) Do keep in mind it didn't take long and didn't need to look amazing for my school project.

This looks very promising. In fact, I think this is what will finally get me into Runescape Video making in general. Really fun to see what i could create out of this :)

HD for me as well. I usually use the original sized screen in HD though, and resizable window when I need to see a much wider area. ie, Spiritual Mages, Abyssal Demons etc. SD is very ugly, and i think HD just makes RS that much more interesting. The only problem i have with resized screen is the button layout. I'm so used to the old ones, the new i have to spend a few seconds looking for the buttons and in a dangerous situation, it's not really a good thing :P

What I'm thinking is, maybe instead of making in offline - make it online connected to a Jagex "Stats storage" server, but in your own, local hosted world in your very own client. That way there would be no cheating and you could enjoy the advantages.

I don't see how this is a questionnaire? I mean it's more of something to discuss, not something to just answer to... Anyway, I think that this should still be online in a way without a server, but update the character every time you logout of your offline account.

A lot of players, I'm sure would use this option. This isn't to say that you can't have both online and offline. You would be able to play both, and come online to trade/socialize/whatever. I did say there would be problems to doing this, but it would be great to think of a way to fix those same problems. Maybe even a cap on how long you play offline per day or something :S

The question is simple. What would you do if Jagex did add an option to play the game offline with no players around, but at the cost of paying extra subscription every month. Also if you would pay extra, how much extra would you be willing to pay? What effect do you think this would have on Runescape overall? Also, if they were to do this, what would you think about the idea of being able to host your own world for friends only? To go monster killing, skilling etc? Post your ideas, I think this would be a great thing to have, though there would be many problems caused by this.

Heh, I find that a lot of people tend to ask other players what their level in a skill is, even though they are wearing the skillcape for it... Happened a couple of times for me, but it's even funnier for anyone with good 99s ^^

So is there any news on the lowest level that has completed this quest? I can imagine this becomes one of those achievements like killing Jad at lvl 40 or something. I hope I can complete this quest soon, the XP will be very useful as well as the cape which will OWN at Spiritual Mages and Black Demons ^^

I think your right technically. In practice, its rarely the case. IMO, contact Jagex. Ask them, see if they have a problem with it. I doubt they will, as it doesnt really matter to them who pays. They make money the same either way, infact, its more likely to make them more money if you getting f2p guys that CANT pay getting them. The scamming issue is by the by, as its not taking place on a Jagex site so its out of their remit. If anyone would get involved in that situation it would be the police, and at that point its easily proved it was sent out by getting a mail reciept. Thank you, I will contact them later on. While I'm waiting, does anyone else have any input? Preferably some Tip.it staff?

Hey Tip.it, just a quick question that needs answering here. I'm not sure if this is the right place to post, but here it is: Runescape Membership Cards. As a fansite, are you allowed to host regular competitions to give them away? Say I make a Runescape fansite and host competitions in which people can win RS membership, is it legal even if I am not at all affiliated with Jagex? Is it against their rules?

I had played WoW for 6 months not a while back. I had gotten to 70 just before WOTLK came out and then went onto 80. Joined a guild, did every single raid that is including Sarth with 3 drakes, Naxx and EoE 25 etc. That was all in 6 months. Quit just after the new raids came out (Don't remember the name, the one where you get pieces to make a mace). Anyway, I quit because i realized that wow was not really worth playing. I mean, during those 6 month, my play time was like 33 days which is crazy..And that was not because i liked the game so much and played it a lot, but because it took so much time to do raids etc. I mean doing something like that for like 4 hours straight is a bit too much. And that's exactly what i like about Runescape - I can just pop on any time i want do some skilling,killing whatever and then pop off again if i have something that needs doing. When i played wow, i had to base my WORK SHIFTS around the game not the other way around...On rs, just get on and play as much as you feel like without the worry that you may not get that piece of gear that has a small chance of dropping.. So that's why i play Runescape again, it is just so much more convenient.
