Yes, every level/drop/kill ect is an achievement, but i'm simply saying some of the things i've had happen to me, and the things that people think about these certain skills.

My friend went for 99 woodcutting on willows, he achieved his goal fairly fast, but if you don't mind power-leveling/dropping logs, then go for teaks.

Ok, thanks for all the replies, i think i may go for bandos chest-plate, tassets, dragon boots, helm of neitiznot/berserker helm, rfd dragon gloves/barrows (if i can be bothered to do dt) skillcape, fury/glory, whip, defender and ring of wealth.

So you think dfs is a good choice? and what where the drawbacks of a bgs?, thanks.

I'd prefer bandos though, because you don't have the bother of constantly fixing it.

Well the whip and defender combo is ok, but it doesn't provide that much defence tbh.. dfs has some quite good bonuses tbh.

Hi there, i'm currently going for 99 fishing, and will have about 35m+ after achieveing my goal, (And NO i'm not just in it for the money, i really enjoy fishing as a skill) After i have achieved my goal of 99 fishing i will be attempting 99 attack. But anyways, i was just wondering, what is better A whip, dfs, decent armour (barrows/bandos) ect.. or a godsword decent armour ect.. Any help will be appreciated :D

I'm personally going for 99 fishing atm, and may i just say, that after about 1-2 weeks of fishing every day i'm online, i'm never bored! :thumbsup: This is mostly because i enjoy the skill and it doesn't seem like work to me, my advice is go for a 99 you enjoy.

Get your defence to 80+, and the rest you can train how you choose, but a good defence benefits alot.

Thanks for posting on my blog and the support : And Exp at monks per hour = unknown.. Never really checked tbh :o. Still currently at 84 fishing -.- Still at piscatoris fishing colony, may change to Barbarian fishing/Shilo village. Currently i have 3.1m fishing exp. EDIT: Fishing Exp at monks per hour = 33k.

Maybe i didn't explain myself fully.., at the time i had a half-dead mouse, so clicking on anything was a chore, and i didn't have the time to go out and get a new one, (Studying) Hope that clears it up.
