Ive heard tanning blue hides are better profit then greens.

Hmm, any ideas about how many yews id get per hour at 80-83 wc?

Im currently power mining pure ess for cash since im saving for a Bandos Godsword but its so bad cash i make 60kish per hour and i wonder if its worth to get my wc up and try yews or magics? I wonder what level i should get to cut yews or magics effectivelly, and yes; i do have a Dragon hatchet. (and if someone knows what gold per hour i get for yews or magics at that wc level.)

My friend got 70-93 range by wearing full void and using broad bolts at fire giants, he says its nice exp and the drops are OK. I personally say just train anywhere to 85-90 then if your serious about range use chins.

Hmm, can someone give me a good set-up for tanking Aviansies? NOT using any godleather since i bought it at highest and sold at lowest which may have helped with giving me a awfull profit. I think i know what to bring in my inv: 80 Nats Staff of Fire 5 Ranging potions X Bones to Peaches tabs (how many?) 1 Adamant bar (noted) Rest Sharks

Ive tanked aviansies and i got 300k for 4-6 hours, not worth it.

Ive asked this so many times but never made an actuall thread for it so here it is :lol: I wonder about good ways to make money that don't require to much attention/clicking, my goal is getting a Bandos Godsword and ive got items and cash worth ~4.3m atm since ive lost alot skilling. Also including gold per hour is also good :lol: And...Dont dare mentioning Green Dragons :evil:

Its more like: Void: Looks good - Higher Damage - High Accuracy - Low defence Black D'hide: Looks OK - Lower Damage - High Accuracy - Medium Defence Void beats Black D'hide if you dont need any high defence, if your tanking something then black d'hide + barrows/rune/dragon works the best. Use void when you are safe spotting or praying (or just fighting weak monsters). Without void i did 16-17ish damage with 73 range and rune arrows+mage short, with void i did 21-22ish damage and i did hit through rune and medium/high def quite offen in the duel arena. I say void is far superior in terms of damage and accuracy but lacks defensive stats.

For defence i'd say Ankous, green dragons or slayer. I gained LOTS of levels training slayer and i barely noticed it (but it took more time). For ranged i did 58-70 in a weekend by using mithril arrows, magic short and full red d'hide at lessers.

Well, ive got almost no money to spare ATM since im going for 90 cooking, after 90 ill be able to spare so extra money. I might be able to spend some money to train some skills atm tho. (after all i wasted 600k on Herblore/4k marrentil tars :? ) Also, i wonder if theres anyways of losing minimum amounts of money(or even making a profit) in the following ways: Training with a Dwarfen Cannon. (havent used or seen one in years so idk the prices atm) Smithing (im no big fan of melting but if theres some way of melting tell me ) Killing any GWD boss or KBD with ranged, ive got 75 ranged(soon 76) and full range void. Training Runecrafting (i got a medium pouch and a small pouch, i want to get up my runecrafting a bit since its only 24 and maybe hopefully get ranked) I killed the giant mole with ease praying and wearing monk robes and i made around 100k for 2 hours, i was really unlucky with drops. Ill kill some dragons when i get home, either train def at greens or range at blues since i need dragon bones for prayer and the hides might fetch me more swordfishes : @ biscithead. Sounds really nice, how much of a profit are we talking about per..lets say 100k invested in ores and rings?

Ive been playing PK private servers for 2 weeks and ive been obsessed with it, i havent thought about runescape since and now im getting depressed for not playing the normal runescape. Im soon done with a project of mine so im thinking about playing normal runescape today, but instead of torturing myself with cooking ive decided to do something i dont do normally in RuneScape. Im thinking about getting a total level of 1337 ( ), my current total level is 1325 (soon 1326) and im thinking about getting these skills up: Hunter (this is a little boring but last time i skilled it was on a really old pure, i got it to 43 in a day or so. Also i would really need the chins if i get high hunter enough since ive ALWAYS wanted 99 ranged ) Crafting (ive heard crafting can be profitable if i do green d'hide stuff. True?) (i got another idea too, how about i get high craft then buy nats and cowhides and make my own green leathers and make green bodies then alch them, profit?) Smithing (i havent done this for years officially, last time i did this was a month ago when i made 500 iron knives just for fun, and it sorta was.) Mining (one of my enemies, i cant multitask while doing it which pisses me off :D ) Farming (another one of my most despised skills, however ive heard herb farming is quite profitable. Worth getting?) Prayer (i want Chivlary, im 58 prayer atm but 60 prayer is quite a bit away (400ish dragon bones)) Construction (i got 28 atm, it was pretty costy (it costed several tenthousands of gold :oops: ) but it seems cool when i get cooler rooms and such) Ranged (im only willing to kill boss monsters, i dont want to kill some nub aviansies :twisted: . Also if it helps, i got full range void) Thats it atm, i g2g so ill think of more later : EDIT: i just cooked a little and im soon 3,5M cook exp (and 85 cook), hurray. :roll:

Focus on STRENGTH and range. you will use magic shortbow/rune knives until your opponent got low hp then switch out your maul for teh K0.

Two weeks for fishing is unreasonable. Even at the fastest method you'd need to play nearly 20 hours a day to get 62-99 fishing in two weeks. Heck, you're pushing it pretty hard at your expected hours...12-14 hours a day on weekends? i have no friends..i have no life so it dont matter 12-14 hours is easy for me..my "friends" dont ever ask me to do anything with them and i rarely do anything on the weekend. Your sounding more and more like me :thumbsup: Even tho, you seem to play as much as me it gets boring. I cooked my way from 73-84 cooking in 2-3 days and now im barely playing RuneScape cause of some damn private server has caught my attention. I hope ill get back on RS soon and ill try to complete my goal ;) My point is..that it will get boring and you will most likely give up, try making small goals and when your 85-90 fishing go for 99. Another thing is to get an "easy" 99 like cooking or fletching then if you find them easy then go for fishing or such. If their to hard then you won't get near 99 fishing :

Fishing is respectable, takes a long time and you can't buy it. Also i consider firemaking as a very hard 99, its constant clicking until 99.

Welcome to the club :? Well, im considering tanning hides for cash making but it seems to suck without a terrorbird or something that can hold items or restore energy. Anyone know what the profit per hour is when tanning blue dragonhides at al'kharid without any summons or super energy potions?

first of all you need 80-85 ranged before you should attempt chinning at ape atoll. range something like fire giants to 80-85 then chin. i think normal chins are 190-200 exp ea and red chins are 240-250 exp ea. Also, you MUST use accurate (medium fuse) with the chins, otherwise it wont work. Also, if your 1 def then go red chins, normal chins wont work good without full void and 85-90+ range.

You have gotten it wrong, cooking is no pure loss, you sell the fish you cook and its fast. I got 73-83 cooking in 2-3 days cooking lobsters to 81 and then swordfish to 83. It will cost me 1.1-1.2M to 90 cooking and 94-99 will be more expensive if you choose to go sharks, monks is cheaper but takes a bit longer. Fletching cape (i admit it) looks ALOT better, green is even my favorite color but fletching is more expensive and takes more time. Go with cooking if you dont afford 99 fletch, if you afford 99 fletch then get it.

Just a question. What makes this better than killing green dragons in wilderness except no revenants? i kill revenants pretty easy by wasting 1-6 tunas and using a little prayer, since i always bring a super attack pot (4) it increases killing speed and helps against revenants. +When killing wildy green dragons you can use a game necklace to bank which is 1200 gp for 8 bounty teleports and bringing 8-10 tunas per run (to be on the safe side if a rev comes) costs you 800-1000 gp per run. What i mean is what makes green drags in chaos tunnels so good? takes a long time to get there and banking is complicated if you dont have high construction for teleports in your house. (another thing, i bury my bones \ )
