But not really an offence, just more so be shifted into the immature category and they can be filtered as well. Of course, if the people wish to take the test they should be able to. A better solution would be a maturity test at character creation. This can group you into different categories, allowing people to ignore certain categories. That way, if the test works, you don't get immature players from any age.

I don't know if you can do it at 30 but I have done it with my melee stats at around 40 (maybe a bit higher by a few levels, I know defense was 45) wielding a rune scimitar (using slash), wearing a full set of rune (the pieces you can wear without this quest), a strength potion, super human strength prayer, and an inventory full of anchovy pizza.
