Teams are meant for fun and some more experience etc. They shouldn't be able to have advantages. The whole reason they work is to allow them to attend main clan events first. Keep teams for fun and let clans compete and contend for tournys etc or make a bracket for teams only. So like I said before Joe deleted my post: No.

The whole point of changing reqs is to get better, telling them hey we're raising reqs but you'll still be here and exempt from having to meet the reqs will turn some off to not train. Plus newer reqcruits/potential recruits will wonder why are they in etc.

Maybe offer more experienced warrers like an "Elder" type of rank? It's not to hard to train combat keep encouraging them, it's probably harder to teach people how to war better so you shouldn't kick them. Or make it 105+ full members and w/e you want for FA. Good luck.
