I'm trying to help you out here buddy, this topic makes you look desperate for attention, you barely have any action going on, DK is in the background, one could imply they helped. You need 2 kill pictures, What confuses me is you had 55 starting but a mere 36 ending? Hopefully you find 2 kill pictures, wouldn't claim it a win over TPR since they didn't come out but always funny to laugh when people want to hunt you but don't show up even when they know you'll be out. BTW might want to censor your images as breaking the censor here is against the rules.

Asking DK's junior clan to ac DK for you? I found it rather funny how a member said ask dv for help when.. A. Machamp is DK B. You claimed you were owning DK. But you did clear them so I don't see a need to cry over 6 DV not helping you clear Machamps MAIN CLAN

Well the obvious positive is giving clanmembers the ability to elect their leaders for a certain amount of time, and than after that time passes, there's another election for the spot. It keeps leadership positions filled with fresh people who actually campaign to win votes to be elected. The obvious negative is that people might only vote for a candidate because the voter likes that candidate (popularity contest) or because that person is a high level. The other incredibly obvious negative would be drama too.. Need any more elaboration? Yeah well I don't see it fit, if you are relating to term based officals like Neltak just stated. I think officals aren't really needed in a clan until some one steps down or can no longer do their job / goes in active / demoted w/e the reasoning is. It should rarely happen and I think the current staff should be able to make some requirements before you allow people to "campaign" for the opening spot. If you allow anyone in the clan to app for this new rank opening then you could potentially choose some one not even qualified, or even a spy. So to answer the OP's questions I'd have to say the negatives out weigh the positives.

I keep hearing this, comes off as an excuse really. No shame in having your team here >.<, It is more of Tip.it based and these are the 3 most active teams, excluding TSE because I think they do a lot more full outs / cwris etc but I've been provided with some facts that TSE does indeed do their fair share of matched opts and they'd probably be ranked in there highly. TNA seems really inactive, NG isn't really tip.it etc.. This topic has been realitivly clean but if you wish for TKO to be removed from this discussion I'll just ask a mod to delete it.

I somewhat follow, I think clans throw in a fair system in which they give hard working members a chance to apply for open ranked spots when needed, but they also allow the members to vote on it? Like for trial commander they are given an opportunity if they meet the reqs then they go into voting by ranks, and members also vote. Could you elborate more on positive and negatives on politics don't see where you're quite going with this.
