I wouldn't count gear which costs upwards of 5m to be welfare to be honest. Now if you were using items worth under 200k, then I would. But congrats on 13k rating, what rs ranking is that? 2228th in Fog. I meant welfare is in moonclan robes. I only use those and torso for attacking. Which is roughly 2k lol. I use karils for defending. Going for 1k Rank btw. Only ~6.5k Rating left until that.
