Personally, I think that the harder it is the application process, more serious is the clan/team. When you have a long process whit a lot of requirements to achieve, the ones who finish it, are the ones who are really interested in joining the clan/team and will probably be great, responsable and dedicated members.

RSD also had a 10 hours long fight recently. I couldn't stay the hole fight (becasuse I had to work the next day) but I must admit that 3 hours of war was enough for me. Usually, after that 3 hours I start to get bored.
