  1. Incabulos sadly replies "I am but a tier one god, but my power will rise soon enough." (He's rather close to tier two). He informs you of the nomads from before who have made a camp in the foothills of a large mountain, and he tells you of a very powerful civilization, living in "the city of gold" high on the mountain. He warns you the powerful civilization will be very difficult and take time to infect, but that it would give him enough strength to leap to tier two. You can't get favor while your god isn't around, but keep in mind that the Fishers are distracted by an unknown force. The foragers encounter more mole people, who turn out to be the same tribe as the one you allied with before. They suggest that you poke around with your scouts in the east, where you have not yet explored.
  2. The buildings crumble, to be replaced by a strange glowing matter, which you figure is a natural byproduct of a massive group of Scathe's feeding. This material happens to be perfect for toxic plant growth, and you see several sprouts. They don't exactly know how to farm without any light. (Btw, your god could fight the Fisher King right now)

Kimako tells the other squad members to move into the barracks with full-automatic assualt weapon fire. Then she moves in behind them and shoots anyone that they miss.
  4. -Grim The mole people tell you that they will have to meet a benevolent god before making a verdict on that. They also share with you...basic metalworking! Your tribe can now begin using bronze. -Earth You discover that since your tribe has just settled down, research will take longer, and that you should take advantage of the vassal's resources.

I am chucking in a grenade, just so ya know.
  6. They say that they would like to serve you in other ways, like tributing food and resources. The mole people hustle your foragers underground, where they treat them courteosly and agree to the alliance. They tell you that they are afraid of gods, because all of the gods that they have encountered, such as Ba'al and Fisher King, have been cruel to them. (Every year, I roll a dice. If you get a decent roll, then he goes up one tier, up to a maximum tier 6. This was actually a very beneficial event, which is why I sent the Fishers at you)

Kimako throws a grenade into the main building, hollers like a crazy person, then starts shooting the fighters that come out with her MP5, up to 15 fighters. She tells the Duty people that they have the element of surprise and that they should continue to press forward once the grenades explode.
  8. Gotcha. The villagers are unwilling to go to your housing, which happens to be on a rather large hill. They prefer living in their own accomadations. The Foragers encounter a band of mole people, who seem distrustful but not unfriendly.
  9. Your clerics tell you that it is possible to call the god back right now, but that the longer he is away, the more powerful he will become. Kimako asks for some grenades, then heads to the trader and purchases as many clips for her MP5 as she can afford, assuming the trader has them. Then she heads to that forest outpost.

Kimako wakes up to a new day and asks the leader if he has a task for her now, maybe expanding the influence of Duty?
  13. Retech replied to paul191600's topic in Falador Tavern
I wasn't sure about whether you edited in things yet, but those are the handgun proficiency posts (hint hint)
  14. Retech replied to paul191600's topic in Falador Tavern
Kimako asks if she can have some ammo for the weapon, before taking the oath. Then she asks if in the future, when she is tasked with defeating a tougher enemy, if she could have some sort of assualt rifle. Then she goes to bed.
  15. Retech replied to paul191600's topic in Falador Tavern
I thought one of them was a doofus. :P Kimako and Varius wait, and Kimako asks the squad member if her task is complete, and if she can go back to the leader or whether there was something else. If the task is done, then Kimako goes and speaks with the leader, asking to join Duty and for another task.
  16. Retech replied to paul191600's topic in Falador Tavern
Kimako, Varius, and the competant squad member back up so that they have some distance between the zombies and them, and start firing with their assorted weaponary. The dumb squad member is told to distract them by standing exactly where he is and firing at them close range auto, hopefully killing the rest. Then Kimako loots the bodies.
  17. Retech replied to paul191600's topic in Falador Tavern
Kimako backs away while firing five rounds at five zombies, while asking the competent squad member to do the same. She flatters the doofus by telling him to be a man and face the zombies, asking him to move slightly to the side and towards the zombies while firing, so that he distracts the zombies from Kimako and gets a better spot. It might even cost him his life. -hint hint- If the incompetant squad member is close enough to the zombies, then Kimako "accidentally" puts a round in him, but only if he's so close to the line of fire against the zombies that there is no possibility that it could be construed that she tried to kill him. Like if he is right next to the zombies, within arms reach. If Nex isn't still on, then Varius fires at the zombies too with his handgun.
  18. You can separate your thoughts into separate sections, so people can still distinguish what you write sorta like this except the sections will probaly be longer .
  19. It makes threads shorter to read as well, which is quite surprising when you look at it. Besides, we don't exactly have a perfect model tavernian. :P
  20. Retech replied to paul191600's topic in Falador Tavern
So that's where the zombies come from, radioactive corpses! Kimako sets her weapon on automatic if she can, and looses a total of ten bullets at five of the zombies. Meanwhile, she tells the assualt weapon folks to go in front, since they're "men", to fire at the zombies as well.
  21. Wait, is that under Void or Geomancy? Or would it be Allomancy? Incinerate generally means burning with fire, at least in most of the contexts in the modern world. I meant the "magic thing called an edit button". That makes much more sense.

  23. Jen creates a new dartboard out of ice and reminds Earth, "Isn't there a little something called Overlording that's similar to that?"
  24. Retech replied to paul191600's topic in Falador Tavern
Kimako picks up valuable looking pieces of scrap metal and puts them in her pack, for later use. Then she asks the other two people accompanying her what they are supposed to do now that the bodies are missing. If it involves going to some place that isn't suicidal or returning to the base, then Kimako does that.
  25. Jen takes a dart from the board and throws it non-chalantly at the dartboard, hitting a bullseye. "That's because you've been double and triple posting when people aren't around." She rolls her eyes.
