Kimako buys 40 rounds of 7.62MM rounds for 400c, and asks to buy a red dot sight thingy as well, if he has anymore available. If not, then Kimako tries to haggle the bullet proof armor down to 500c and buys that if he accepts. Then she goes to the commander and asks him about the task that he assigned to Enigma and Varius.

Kimako asks to look at the merchant's wares, now that he has some more things in stock.
  3. Incabulos takes pity on you, despite your lack of favor tribute, and makes minute holes in the golden wall. It might be hard to get all your Scathes over at the same time, and it's expected many will die when trying to get past the guards after popping out of the wall. -Earth Your elementals fail to do much damage to the Dodos (4) and they begin advancing towards you.

But this one is much more fast-paced. We need a fast one too! :P

Kimako asks around for someone to repair her AK-47, and if the cost is under 500c, she goes ahead with that. Then she goes to the merchant to look at his wares.

Jen goes outside and asks her horsey if she can ride. If she can, then Jen rides around near the bunker, staying away from enemies, for practice (so she can do it normally without falling off constantly). Then she tries firing with her bow on horseback.
  7. The walls are not lowered, and your Scathe begin dissolving the ground beneath. As they dig several feet down, the wall still seems to continue downwards. You rolled a lot of 10s, but your strategy wasn't that prepared. There were tens of thousands of dodos, you can't win in a straight fight. -- The remaining dodos run through the fire, leaving many with terrible burns. They will take one action to recuperate (they also lost five thousand soldiers) before starting to chase you again. Your casualties were all around, meaning you have the same ratio of specials to normals as before.
  8. Jen picks up a M16 and asks for a tank of some sort, or a machine gun, as she plans to team up with people. Then she drives the tank/walks through the stargate.
  9. The dodos bust through the remaining barriers and ravage your town. Your elementals fight gallantly, but many are forced to retreat (leaving you fifty). The casualties on the Dodo side are also severe, leaving them 12,000. They are still, however, trapped on the mountain. (3 actions of food left).
  10. Lol, ya did. :P
  11. Your advisors give you an estimated head count of the enemy: 15,000 Dodos remaining. Your attacks kill roughly a hundred, leaving 14,900. They throw themselves against your fortifications and breach through, though only a few can get into hand to hand combat at a time. Your elementals are fiercesome, and deliver 900 casualties, while receiving 5 casualties. (I think you have... 70 left) Your spores form into a giant wave, which charges forward until it slams into a solid gold wall which appears in an instant. Your advisors think that it was the work of a god, specifically skilled in the ways of defence. The god seems incapable of using damaging attacks, though you'll still have to find a way around the golden walls closing you in to the quadrant you've taken.
  12. Jen attempts to heal her arm, before swinging her mace again at the person while simultaneously firing an ice spear at his heart. If the person's guard drops, then she either attempts to stab him in the heart or if he was already speared, then slit his throat. All this time, she is firing auto ice shards to un-nerve him and cut him to make him weaker.
  13. Many of your elementals work on trapping the dodos into their little corner and keeping up the fire. Unfortunately, as a result, many of the fortifications are unmanned and the dodos consume another 1/4th of your space, leaving you 1/4th of the mountain. They have gained another actions worth of foodies. (4 actions) The next wave is caught off guard (again) and brainwashed. You have 200 city guards in golden alloy armor at your disposal. Unfortunately, they have caught on to your tricks, and you hear the crackle of burning firewood.
  14. (Kay, I'll do my best to contain my...overposting urges. I should still post all my things for the battle though.) Jen attempts to redirect the winds and snow of her snowstorm using ice and aeromancy against the rival, trying to swamp him with the equivilant of hundreds of inches of snow in one blast. Then she farcasts with various freezing spears (and auto ice shards) until he gets close, where she swings with her polemace, stabs with her dagger while her mace is down, and continues swinging alternately.
  15. No problem, but as a tip, when I send ridiculously large armies at people, there's generally a way to defeat them, which I hint at in the posts. The elementals tell you that the food supplies seem to be pretty protected, and that the best thing you can do is either wait it out, or destroy your own land to deprive them of extra food. The Dodos call for reinforcements to put out the fire. They will arrive next turn. (4 actions of food left)
  16. The fire is incredibly successful (19) and cuts off the Dodos from their homeland. They look incredibly frightened, because there isn't much food left for them to eat. They charge in two more waves and break through your first line of defences, controlling the foothills of your mountain, giving them food for three more actions. (5 actions of food remaining)
  17. (Kay, I was trying to get as much out of my three actions as I could :P)(Since it's the battle, can I post things with relevance to it?) Jen has her snow crabs stay down for the moment. She attempts to make the ice staircase incredibly slippery (same technique as when she did it as a level 0) to make him fall off, while manipulating the winds of her blizzard to blow him off the edge. If he passes by the crabs, then the crabs are to grab him and break his ankles/legs.
  18. The first wave of city guards is quickly taken down (did you want to mind control or kill?). Unfortunately, you realise the industrial quadrant was the dilapilated quadrant, and that more powerful waves will come soon. The juggernaught is formed. The Dodo supply train becomes stronger, and more reinforcements come through, munching happily on the newly regrown land. They send a second wave up, which ravages your vassals land, but they do not go further.
  19. Jen attempts to summon the moss crabs, again. Then she attempts to prepare a wind blast to knock the rival off as he comes up. Then she attempts to charge healing magic in her staff so that she can do that automatically once during the fight, incase he hurts her. Then she waits daintily for the rival to come up to her tower.
  20. I gave a big hint though. Think about why China can't just send a billion soldiers over the border to Russia and wipe them out. The Scathe burst out and take control of the first quadrant of the city, the industrial center of the city. A city guard clad in golden armor and various weapons rush towards your forces. Your commanders are unsure what would happen if you fought them, but they know that if you ran away, you would escape with no casualties.
  21. Shadow cage? Dark orb? You could send them all to the shadow realm with a really really long dark spear.
  22. Jen makes a small dice and rolls it, attempting to use her limited power of foresight to predict what result it will have. Then Jen attempts to make some moss crabs and sends them out, then some snow crabs to hide on her mountain near the icy staircase (she was at her mountain btw, I think), as the rival would most likely have to go up that and be ambushed.
  23. Okay, think about this carefully. I said there was a really large line of soldiers. I'm not counting their casualties. Your successful attacks have done nothing. They gobbled up everything in their path. I think I'm hinting at something.
  24. The Pronghorns seem divinely blessed, and it will require the removal of the godly presence to tame them. However, the god seems rather weak and easy to...persuasion. The bombing runs are as successful as they could possibly be, and dozens of dodos are crushed by boulders. However, there seem to be far too many of them. The path which they traveled on seems stripped of life, a lovely decaying mess. They begin their assualt with their first wave, and are easily repulsed. They seem to be testing your defences. The Scathe surface in said places, but quickly find themselves in trouble. The rooms are impeccably clean, and there doesn't seem to be any organic matter inside. Maybe growing inside those rooms isn't the best option. There are many inhabitants above though, and the caves you dug with acid are beginning to fill up with a variety of life.
  25. Jen wants to get used to her new powers before attempting a boss fight that was probaly made for someone who was a level 15 ice mage. She does the following: Jen tries to teleport a decent sized rock several feet, then tries again with an even larger rock if she succeeds. Then she tries to raise five moss-crabs from the ground and dispatches them to hide in the forest and abduct people and animals, bringing her back bones. Finally, she practices manipulating the wind around her tower, making areas with more wind and areas with less wind.
