So Grim hit the grate but didn't break through? Hm, well, persistance solves all problems! I blast Grim upwards once more, fully freezing him to make a more solid and effective projectile.

Ooh, looks like it wants to eat Flossom. Bad batty! >=[ I continue trying to blast Charles upwards. If I fail again, I light his head on fire instead.

I pick up Grim and put him under the sewer exit. I then blast him upwards as hard as possible with a jet of water, which I then freeze and use to climb up.
