Eh. Hex, is the game started yet? What's the story?
-
Fallen Star
No, you've got the same characters as before. Everyone is currently unconscious, though. Say your actions.

The Non-Magical Arena
Armisonus does a midair twist, avoiding the missile at the last moment, then flies at Grim's jet with the missile in tow. He flies over the top of Grim's jet and turns, firing two lasers from his guns at the missile as it passes by the jet, causing the missile to explode.
-
The Non-Magical Arena
Armisonus straps the large bag onto his back and, still carrying the two suitcases, jumps out a window. Wings suddenly unfold out of the bag, and flames shoot out of the bottom. The bag is ripped apart, revealing a jetpack! Armisonus straps one of the suitcases to his waist, tossing the other into the air. The suitcase opens midair, and two machine-pistol shaped weapons fall out and into Armisonus' hands. He kicks the falling suitcase into Chris' engine, causing it to explode as the jet impacts the air control tower and Grim's jet. Another, larger explosion follows as both jets and the tower explode in a massive fireball.

The Non-Magical Arena
Armisonus' helicopter swerves, causing Chris to miss his landing and instead land on a missile. As Chris falls, he looks back and sees Armisonus holding up a suitcase, grinning and wagging his finger at Chris. While Armisonus is distracted, the helicopter drifts backwards into a hangar, causing it to explode and catapault Armisonus through the window of an air control tower, holding... two suitcases and a pull-along bag.

... Is Hex actually 59?

The Non-Magical Arena
Armisonus jumps into a helicopter, and begins flying around while shooting at Grim. He has a suitcase on the seat next to him...

Did anyone read my post in Fallen Star about the website I made? Just wanted to know.

The Non-Magical Arena
The bullets hit near Armisonus' feet, as he is still rocketing upward on a section of the floor. As the section of floor falls back down, he jumps to the floor, pulling a... suitcase? out from underneath a floorboard. He opens the suitcase, revealing a miniature nuclear device! Armisonus grins, presses the button iside the suitcase, and the entire arena is engulfed in a massive explosion.
-
The Non-Magical Arena
Armisonus' eyes widen as he sees the speeding bullets, but the floor below him is lifted into the air, intact, from several ill-placed explosives. Ironically, one of Kemios' sticky grenades adheres to the detonator, and Armisonus tosses it at Grim.

Meh. Either people don't read this thread, or just don't care about my website. Either way, doesn't really matter I suppose.
-
The Non-Magical Arena
There is a laugh, and everyone suddenly notices a young man with golden hair standing away from the combat, holding a detonater. He presses the button, and sets off a chain reaction of random explosions around the arena. A rather large amount of the explosives are under the floor Kemios is standing on.

Because I felt like it. Not sure if it's ok to post an... I suppose you could could call it an advertisement... for a site I made here, if it's not then I will take it down. Feel free to visit it. Any Roleplaying games on there will likely be created by friends of mine from other games and websites, none of my current games are going to be exported there as it probably won't be as popular. Only the home page is currently up, feel free to check it out anyways though.

... Short circuit mean anything to you? And who's to say some mechanism in the ship isn't designed to absorb any energy it comes into contact with... Just sayin'!

Fallen Star
No promises here, Ross, (it'll depend on your roll) but don't you think that would be kinda like, I don't know, sticking your finger into an electrical socket?

Fallen Star
Yes, Earth, yes I did. Sorry about the control difficulty, I'm pushing the norm for these games a bit to try and make mine more original. I should be able to host this in more "traditional" sessions around 4:30 EST today. I think I'll keep the summary system, though, and split it up when the players are separated. There's not much adventuring to do on a well-crewed colony ship (unless, of course, someone decides to start infighting or the ship is attacked...), so I'm thinking up the first planet for a bit later.

Fallen Star
As Jen walks out the door, she is greeted by a grinning Earthsage. He laughs maniacally, seemingly brain-damaged by the electrical currents he created using the battle glove, and swings his fist at Jen. She ducks as the blade slides out, and it impacts the wall. Suddenly there is a loud crackling noise, followed by complete darkness and silence as the klaxons and emergency lights shut off. However, no-one is in that area of the ship to notice, as the electrical current knocked out the only ones still conscious. Hehe, time to make this a bit more even! I will continue the game tomorrow, Don't worry, no-one is dead. I just created a plot that I thought would allow me to explain things to all of you at once, and remove the significant advantage the military players would gain from prior knowledge. Think of the game so far as one of those surreal opening cutscenes for a game, the rest of the game may run exactly the same or completely different. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK OF THE GAME SO FAR. Suggestions as to what I should add or remove are also welcome.

Tech, you already kicked away Charles' rifle, he's currently unconscious from being hit in the head by Paul.

Fallen Star
As Zathe looks for some method of navigating the ship, he gets lost. In a straight hallway. Evidently that electronic explosion Earth created disrupted some of the Zathe's visual processors. It temporarily shuts down to repair the problem. Tyden cautiously picks himself and his weapon off of the floor, being carefulto regulate his breathing. When he advises Jen to do the same, she gives him a cold, "Thank you very much Mr. Obvious" type of glance. Paul slowly makes his way out the door, just in time to see Zathe powering down, but he cannot see Earth. Suddenly, he hears a faint "Hehe" behind him and feels sharp steel touch the back of his neck, at which point he is severely shocked and falls unconscious. Charles continues twitching in his sleep, dreaming once more of assault rifles.

Hey, did you know you can make "Lightsabers" using a kind of plasma torch? The idea is impractical and currently next-to-impossible, but it's a valid concept using proven technology.

Oh, by the way, I'm not rolling for Fallen Star until a few more people post...
