A lot of us are simply not GM material, being relatively average Highschool students. Archi and Wyvren are by far the best potential GMs, but the former is... Archi... I don't know, I assume he's tired of it, and the latter is disenchanted with his player base.

It looks like (or, looked like at the time of the comment) that dude from Soul Eater who follows Noah everywhere, IMHO. Which makes that character homosexual, and a freak. Only thing is I don't believe they ever appeared in the Soul Eater anime. Banned for fearing the unknown.

:thumbup: I dunno why. He was a fantastic actor, might have something to do with it. He had incredible charisma and really managed to tell the story the same time he played the actor. Definitely the most human of the Doctors, and in the best way possible, though that drives home the point that the Doctor is by now kind of running on fumes.

Rocco, I have to agree with you for once. Modern Warfare became steadily, though mildly, worse, as most series do as they grow into franchises (in this case a niche in a franchise). World at War I enjoyed during my time with it thanks to a fun, simple multiplayer and good singleplayer/co-op. Black Ops was... Cringe-worthy. I wish I hadn't bought it, I really do.

I pretty much agree with Archi. Though mark my unreliability down to apathy, and Earth can't play since his mother ripped his computer in half out of rage. The Tavern was the best time I've had on the internet since Mabinogi's Bardic Age, and if it's dying it's dying a much happier death than that. The Tavern needs to remain a group though, I'd say Facebook if I thought any of us used that. I'm on Infrno now as well, they're a pretty good roleplay community, much more face to face than we are and don't have an established PbP forum yet though. If anyone wants to try that out, it might be fun.

I watched Yumekui as it was airing and I was really disappointed by the ending...well nothing really new with JC Staff and bad endings. But doesn't hurt to give it a go; I should go read the manga now though. Bit late for this season but really enjoying Fate/Zero, Penguindrum, and Mirai Nikki. Fall season's pretty good this year. FZ and Mirai Nikki are really good (and imho FZ could take "anime of the year"). Isn't Penguindrum a Summer anime? Haven't seen it yet myself :S Since the year is closing, any thoughts on shows that were great in 2011? Imo... The year started off slow, with winter only really pulling in Mahou Shoujo (and KnT 2 for the fangirls out there :P but both shows were pretty top notch), summer was in my eyes the slowest season (blood C, usagi drop, kamisama dolls are the only notable mentions though I didn't really like any of these)... Halfway through the years things started rolling though. I'd say Spring had by far the largest number of enjoyable animes (kaiji 2, steins gate, AnE, C, ano hana, nichijou, gintama 2, hanairo (@@@@@@) lol), now Fall so far is cropping up to take the top ranks with FZ and mirai nikki. I know it's not even December yet but here's my personal top 3 this year so far: 1. Fate/Zero 2. Ano Hana 3. Steins;Gate To my knowledge, Penguindrum is still going. Everyone has stopped talking about it, I assume, because it's too QUALITY to bare. For my top three; Mahou Shoujo was good, but I'm getting a bit disenchanted with the constant prepubescent girls (and Mami) in some anime nowadays. Except for Nichijou, Nichijou made all the rest of the girl cartoon crud forgivable, and it's probably my number 1 for making me laugh like hell (I haven't even started episode 3...). Steins;Gate was a solid third, though I'm kinda apathetic about parts. My all time favourites would probably be: 1. Soul Eater (until it diverges from the manga) 2. Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann 3. Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica 4. Full Metal Alchemist (until it diverges from the manga) 5. Nichijou

I remember liking Slayers a lot. Got Skyward Sword. I'll be playing that in a bit. Can't remember what else I was going to say Slayers has that almost-nostalgic morning cartoon feel to it, before all that cutesy shit became the focus of anime.
