  1. Yeah but you'll only need like 3.5k racks
  2. Updated finally, added Mar. 20 thru Mar. 22
  3. Yes. End of discussion.
  4. You seem like one of those people who would create a pure for the purpose of "owning" everyone but you have no experience when it comes to the wilderness, PK'ing, or combat in general >_>
  5. And how do you know that actually made the video after the update? a) The date uploaded on Youtube B) The prayers had no visible delay c) He didn't need to right-click Jad to attack him in between prayer switches
  6. Is the anchor the same speed as a longsword?
  7. Pray, drink, pray. The attacks are really slow, you can fit in two drinks if you're really fast
  8. I must be losing my touch ... just got 2-hitted by Jad =\ Let me know if you beat Jad - I noticed when I was fighting the 360s at one point I activated magic pray, but I never had the magic pray insignia over my head - yet it was activated in the prayer menu - and I was getting hit by the 360. As for Jad, I turned on prayers right when I heard/saw his attacks and he nailed me - first hit was when he was as far as possible away from me. Second hit was when he was as close as possible (first magic, second range) =\
  9. Doing it tonight probably
  10. If you're reading this guide, don't you already have a username? >_>
  11. Updated - might be final update. This blog is a pain to update and very few read it. Just spent like 3 hours trying to get the .gifs to work (they make my comp freeze every time I look at them).
  12. Congratulations!! When you were fighting Jad, how close were you to him? When I fought him during the prayer glitch I was one square away from him, I'm wondering if distance matters cuz I was switching prayers as fast, if not faster, as I always do :|
  13. I made the blog easier to read ... I think.
  14. Yeah, learn how to lure from the w/o Defence guide
  15. Karils bow is ~300-400gp per shot, Crystal bow is 72gp per shot cheaper once you get discounts. Karils bow has short range, crystal bow reaches a lot further. Karils bow is faster and doesn't get weaker as it degrades, crystal bow is slower and gets weaker as it degrades. I use crystal because it's way cheaper, shoots further, hits harder, and doesn't degrade if you use another bow.
  16. do i need to take food/pots/ water etc Waterskins, sara brews, desert robes no brews any other options Baskets of strawberries or cakes
  17. Nah, I have a hard time finding them when I world hop to kill them :|
  18. do i need to take food/pots/ water etc Waterskins, sara brews, desert robes
  19. Because it has the most excuses for when people beat you.
  20. Notice how you say there 3 on your guide.... Not insulting or anything, just saying... No, I said there are five places where he can spawn. There are three situations because 3 of the 5 safespots are the same situation
  21. Don't wait for the prayer change, it's as fast as always - it just appears slower. EDIT: DO NOT ATTEMPT THE FIGHT CAVES UNTIL THE PRAYER GLITCH HAS BEEN FIXED I have attempted caves twice since the prayer glitch and have died both times. It is currently impossible.
  22. I'm waiting on a reply to this to try, and of course, for Jagex to fix prayers. No
  23. There are a total of five places where Jad can spawn - you left out the northwest corner. Also, you want to wait for Jad as far northeast as possible. That way, if Jad spawns in the northwest, he won't come get you. If people stand where you recommend, they are susceptible to Jad spawning in the Northwest or the Center. You want to start with range protect on because his range attack is silent until it hits you. That way, if you hear his magic attack you can quickly switch on your magic protect. Otherwise, you'll be 1-hitted without knowing what happened. To prevent prayer from draining while waiting for Jad to come, you can open up a Quest Journal entry or open up a Skill Stat page or try and use an emote which you haven't unlocked yet. If Jad spawns south of the Italy rock like he did for you, it is better to go west of the Italy rock but just north enough so that he won't be able to reach you without leaving the Italy rock. Once he leaves the Italy rock to attack you, you can run back to the spot where you waited for Jad in the video. Jad will hug the wall and then you can attack him till the healers come. Once the healers come, run a little north of Jad and attack the southwestern-most healers so they will be focused on you but unable to reach you because Jad is blocking them. After they are focused on you, run back to where you were originally attacking Jad and all of the healers will be trapped against the wall. You can then attack the remaining healers west of Jad and Jad will block them. This way no healers will be able to attack you or heal Jad. If you have 70+ defence and barrows equipment then you don't need to lure the healers like that at all, much less kill them and risk them respawning. The best way to go about taking care of the healers if you have a decent level is just make sure they are all attracted to you and that only one, if any, of the healers can reach you.
  24. No :x I'm gonna give 1k to Hyne, 1k to Water Shadow, and 1k to Priest to cook for me :)
