You should make a new account if you have 45 defence but haven't done any of the quests yet... The point of creating a rune pure is having all of the strength-boosting equipment possible at a low combat level. Most of the equipment comes from quests like Recipe for Disaster - and by the time you have completed all of the quests you will have ~45 defence.

43 prayer, 50 range, 10hp are the only stats you need for getting it at the lowest possible lvl - but it'll be possible with 40 range and higher prayer I imagine. You just need a ton of purple sweets, range pots, and super restores. Poisoned arrows would help a lot too but they are hard to get.

Rapid, but there's nothing wrong with accurate cuz it gives you 2 range lvls

i still feel the title is wayyy misleading. to kill at "lvl 60" u need: 92 mage 70 Range how many lvl 60s have those stats? He didnt say how much defense u gonna need cuz from what i read, those puppies hit for alot. And you're gonna need a ton of prayer and that will raise your lvl too. How many lvl 70 rangers own 2 crystal bows? "you will paerish one hit easily." watch prayer which will be very tricky but it can be done if you're lucky sure doesnt make u wanna take the risk does it? i thnk he just put that 60s can do to make more people read it? I truly think it's impossible at lvl 60. maybe 69 or 68 but no way 60. its possible ive seen a lvl 47 with a firecape :shock: Yes but the method for low levels in this guide doesn't work effectively. The low levels who have gotten the cape use a different method.

No, the website who pings runescape.com every five minutes for stat updates for a dynamic sig is. Don't try to put it on my and make me look like a hypocrit. It's jagexs job to get rid of problem, and untill they do, I'll use the sig. In that case I'll keep using SS and justify my actions with, "It's Jagex's job to get rid of the problem, and until they do, I'll use SS"

That'd be funny to ambush a lurer and get a nice kill for a ton of runes, mage's book, master wand, and all the other unnecessary items the lurers bring w/ them. After PK'ing them, tell them you'll sell them their stuff back but ironically lure them into the wild and take their money also :twisted:
