  1. You can almost always tell because the English in the email is very obviously not the person writings its first language. This one is a better example but still the grammar and sentence structure is pretty bad.

inb4 someone points out all the holes in my grammar/spelling

  2. Spend the money on 70 prayer for piety it will make a huge difference during training and considering how dirt cheap prayer potions are at the moment you should really be using piety alot!

  3. [/s] I really liked her last song and I think this is even better! Will definitely be buying this girl really deserves more fans! SO STFU all you haters she has a beautiful voice. [/s]

  4. You can try posting on the official forums in the hijacked account topic. It is very unfortunate that your account was hacked and then used for macroing I would suggest scanning your computer to make sure you were not keylogged. Appeal the offence saying you weren't in control of the account and hope something comes through. I wouldn't feel to confident about Jagex reinstating your stats however. Very unlucky.

  5. Talking about roaches when I went to South Africa there were these spiders (totally harmless) but they loved body heat so you could wake up in the morning to find about 3 snuggled up to you - and they were large! Was pretty freaky even though we'd all been told that they were harmless.

  6. It rather depends on your personal goal.. If you are going for max total it would generally be better to use experience lamps on a very slow skill like runecrafting that by conventional methods maxes at about 55kxp/hr or another fairly slow skill like agility which only every reaches around 70kxp/hr at fairly high levels. Another slow skill is slayer but not many use lamps on slayer as it is a nice way to gain combat experience and summoning charms so I would personally not use lamps on slayer. If we are talking small quest reward lamps then I would use them on dungeoneering if you are sub 60 because it is incredibly slow experience beneath 50. If you are not aiming for max total a skill to consider is summoning which factoring in charm gathering maxes at about 95kxp/hr barraging rock lobsters so people wishing for a high combat account or more useful summoning familiars should use their lamps on these. If we are talking dragonkin lamps then I wouldn't use them on any skill below 85 as the experience rewards grow so heavily with levels gained. Hope that all made sense.

  7. I plan on getting 99 mage at rock lobsters soon and have made a topic about this previously so not particularly looking for advice here. By my calculations the charms won't quite get me 96 summoning for a pack yak but will hopefully get me around 90. My question is what familiar should be my staple while slaying to max my combats. I have soul split and will have access to the EEE so (and I might be wrong haven't slayed much with SS yet) I don't think I will need a Bunyip or Unicorns healing ability. So my question is what familiar should I be using on the majority of the tasks to help me out?

Also a quick side note/small question: Does the forge regents special attack have the chance to unequip the flag from the flag carrier in CWars?

  8. Effigies don't stack and if your eventual goal is max total it is highly suggested that you gain the skills to open effigies yourself before getting assists to open them.

  9. My sister is actually making emergency biscuits right now! Silly things with a red cross on them and plenty of rum - she got the idea from this thing my mum used to have when we were kids called 'Rescue Remedy' basically 1 part brandy to 10 parts water put a drop on a 5 year olds tongue and they stop crying right away. Back on point I'm really pleased Tom won don't think he would've won any of the other apprentice series. Racheya you really missed out on last years the contestants were all hilarious. What I kinda think is that someone so corporate and professional like Helen can be headhunted anywhere there are plenty of her type while someone who can come up with innovative ideas like Tom is much rarer.

  10. Only ever high alch if you are a pure without access to lunar incredibly poor - sub 70 magic or if you are just waiting to do something else even then your time will be better spent fletching. As to other methods string jewellery once you are at 80 is incredibly nice because it so AFK you click one button once for a whole inventory. If you haven't got a high summoning though and you aren't seriously strapped for cash I would recommend training your magic at rock lobsters instead.

  11. I wasn't so much concerned about the actual law I know it was 21. But, here in Britain if you show a bouncer/barman a convincing enough ID they want to let you in so probably will and any small bar out of a major city does not usually ID from my experience I was just wandering if bar staff in the states were generally more strict if the punishments for breaking the law was harsher?

  12. I'm going to America next summer to volunteer on one of the american school camps with some scheme called 'Camp America' - exactly how strict are the drinking laws?

  13. Thought I'd start posting in OT section. Any Brits watch the Apprentice final tonight? Tom is definitely one of the nicest winners ever though I did feel sorry for Helen.

  14. It's is definitely an interesting method and well done for trying it out and taking some data. But from the standpoint of most it is not particularly useful. By far the best way to train range when going for a high end main is through your cannon while slaying and then if going for max total or other goals cannoning cave crawlers. Even when going for 200m experience in all skills it is by far better to cannon cave crawlers for range experience. The method seems highly expensive it would be interesting to know by how much (?) but I cannot see it being used by anyone who does not have a similar account to yours - a very rich pure wishing to power to high ranged level. So an interesting method but not one I can see becoming widely used.
