Ok guys, here's what I want. I want the overall theme to be comical but detailed. I want a guy standing at the druid circle in a white party hat, druid robes, white gloves and boots looking up at fireworks (the kind that happen when you gain a level) and saying "What the hell?". I want 3 druids to be walking around also. His hair needs to be short and white, with the bangs hanging down kind of over his eyes, but you can still see his eyes. Also he needs to have a white goutee too. I can pay up to 500k. Please let the fireworks be noticeable. Thanks guys.

I would like a sig of a woodcutter cutting down magic trees in a forest. The forest is lined up with only magic trees, all in a row, like an orchard. I want the woodcutter to be wearing black dragonhide, ranger boots and ranger hat, using a dragon hatcher (make it up). The mood, is magical of course since he's cutting magics. I want it to say "Sir Tallin" at the top in a medium sized font and "65+ Woodcutting" and "Combat Level 3" under it and in a smaller size font. I want the font to be mystically. Thanks.
