  1. I have no mask unfortunately, and I need to get 96 fishing, 91 farming, and 1 more herblore level for 10% more exp. EDIT I will be getting 88 slayer tonight.
  2. Abyssal head in the bottom row there. Pretty happy with that task overall. Clocked in at 411 kph (137 kills in 20 min flat). In the slayer tower that makes it ~140 k exp/hr for slayer. Also I'm like 300 k from 88 but not feeling motivated to go do it because I have spiritual mages, not enough points to cancel and I hate trecking to GWD...
  3. Also got 87 slayer but didn't screenie. Plus ran out of slayer points so I'm stuck doing LRC...
  4. There seems to be some confusion, I just entered the bowl, not the pincers. So rudder, 4th ship, crew, ship upgrades?
  5. Something to keep in mind... Every organization, person and thing that grows does so in an "S" curve fasion, roughly like this graph below... [hide] [/hide] A great organization/person/thing realizes when they are on or about to be on the down curve and takes active steps to minimize or even neutralize its duration/effects. This is something the leadership needs to be aware of and work on handling. We have seen for years and Jagex's organizational leadership is somewhat *cough completely cough* lacking, in many cases players have wondered if the right hand knows what the left is doing. However the biggest outcry statistically during those downturn periods is of the masses saying that we should "go back to the way things were" or the less obvious "lets get back to the basics". This is one of the many reasons I was against the 07 servers at all. I'm not defending Jagex, they're suffering for their lack of organizational leadership and poor planning and they've made plenty of mistakes. The fact that they do such a horrendous job in listening to and applying player feedback leaves me shocked that they've lasted this long as a company. So instead of dwelling on the past let's try to look forward to the future, where an idealist like myself hopes that Jagex manages to pull out of this nosedive and start developing some great content for us all to enjoy.   7. I just hit the bowl region. What would you all recommend as far as upgrade priorities go?
  8. Runespan or c2 fishing/dg. Trying to get all my ports skills to 90. Speaking of ports... Didn't finish 87 slayer yet, got 1/4 of the way through my task and then my girlfriend wanted to hang out. #priorities 96 k xp to go.
  9. 118 k from 87 slayer, I'll get that today and consequently 94 attack (180 k until). Under 1 mil to go before 99 hp for whatever the heck that's worth. Next task is 242 abyssal demons. Last time I had them I got my first and second ever whip drops back to back. Yay 140 k

  11. 273 k from 87 slayer. Also 8% away from the bowl region for ports and I sent out my final tetsu legs scroll tonight. Daily challenge is fishing sharks which sucks but its very afk so I'm going to do it since I need to get 90 fishing eventually anyways. currently 100 k away from 84, once I get to 85 I will be doing cavefish I think.
  12. Drygores still tear mithril dragons apart, at least on task. Task of 26 dragons and I missed a total of 10 hits, needed nothing but soul split for hp in t7 armor. Managed to finish the task in 10:13 so ~150 kph.
  13. Just bought an offhand mace for 10 mil below exchange price. EDIT Just got a mithril dragon task, I'll edit this later with how drygore's fare.
  14. Abyssal demons are still over 250 k xp/hr, on task (no cannon) I'm getting about 35 kills per overload dose using drygore mace + ee which is about 290 k xp/hr not including hp xp.

It's not hard to figure out how to fill out tiers jagex. There have been hundreds of suggestions that would be very easy to implement. Mine, which I posted in GD earlier and have modified slightly, is this... 1. An instanced "boss" available at every tier 70 + 2. Make a hardmode for each of those bosses. 3. Bosses drop the tier of armor on a multiple of 10 for the normal modes + half of a tier for hardmodes (i.e. Kree drops t7 armor in normal mode, tier 7.5 in hardmode naming would simply be "superior" in front of the name of the t7 armour). 4. Allow players to decide if they want the armour to be offensive, defensive, or hybrid by way of modifications unlocked at equivalent level smithing, runecrafting, and crafting (i.e. at lvl 80 smithing you can modify t8 melee armour, at 70 runecrafting you can modify t7 magic armor) 5. Choosing to make an armour hybrid keeps the same armour and lifepoint boost as the offensive variants but decreases the amount of penalty you face against other styles of combat, currently you suffer a 5/8 penalty against the style you are using, and a 5/16 penalty against the style that you are weak to. Alter this to be 13/16 for the style you are using and 10/16 for the style you are weak against. No idea how ports armour would fit into this though, I'll think about it some more. But I already am home... :unsure: Then you know what you have to do. iidf I'd be lying if I said I had any idea what iidf stands for.

  18. Things Jagex could have done with this update that would have been better ideas... 1. Hardmodes for Arma, Bandos, Sara, and Zammy would have dropped weapons and armor that were 0.5 tiers higher than non hard mode and would have been labeled "superior" (i.e. t7.5 superior bandos tassets) 2. Nex would have had a hardmode from the get go, had a melee weapon added to her drop table and would have the same principle as number 1 applied. 3. Ports superior armors would have been given a damage boost of the same amount that the t8.5 nex armors would have. 4. KK would have had magic and range t9 weapons added to his drop table and had his drop mechanics as such that if he dies while in mage phase he has a dramatically increased chance of dropping magic weapons, range for range phase etc. EDIT Forgot to include that tiers 10, 20, 30 etc would have had no damage boosts, while all tiers 15, 25, 35 etc would have been given damage boosts.

I may make back the money I lost buying my mace when they were 110+ mil Volcanic creatures and Thzaar are 2 different tasks as far as the system is concerned. Thzaar task = kill thzaar. Volcanic Creatures task = what you end up with if you take Kuradals special and opt to do Jad I'd assume you chose to block it whilst on a Jad special, opposed to plain thzaar task hence it does basically nothing since volcanic creatures aren't a task assigned in the usual way. Poop. GF 100 points. Oh well.

  21. Looks like everything has. Level 90 tier is 2458+accuracy, at 99 attack I'm getting 3670. Does this mean Drygore with boost from levels + overload + turmoil is more or less accurate than before? Definitely way less. Tried QBD, it took 3 minutes 20 seconds to kill her with Drygore mace and EE, AND she turned blue during both phase 3 and 4. This is up from about a 2 minute average. I was missing around 1/3 of the time. On the bright side, 26 earth talismans as part of the reward. I wonder if they nerfed getting accuracy only from your mainhand for abilities. Someone should try with dual drygores. Also what armour were you using?
  22. Yep, my drygore mace currently has 2458 accuracy. Any other weapons changed? EDIT ridiculously ninja'd. I'm tired.

Thanks for your reply :) I've used it before but didn't really notice a big difference, but I should probably check it out again and check the difference in xp rates so I know for sure :) Only problem with lurker is it has a habit of pissing, well, everyone in the universe off. *Looks at username* Why is that a problem?
