It was worded poorly and it wasn't the case because I just tested it on KBD for defense (and constitution I suppose) Activations were never above 34 k and never below 29.5 k and fell in that range for all 10 activations for all of the skills I tested. Either way it's 3 mil for doing what you would normally doing. I'm inclined to think it has to do with total level so if someone with maxed stats or with sub 2 k total level would test it that would be great to.

Haven't seen any info on these yet so I'm posting it here. Samid's gloves are worth taking over converting to cash. My convert to cash option was 327 k gp but I'm getting ~30 k per charge (100 charges) meaning they're worth 3 mil. I'm trying to see if you get more coins for a higher exp based activity as we speak. EDIT There appears to be no relationship between the xp value of the activity and gold received, tested by pickpocketing men for 10 charges and then doing summoning training for the large 1 dose of exp for 10 charges. I'm going to try them out on a high xp monster just in case its counting each individual pouch's xp in the calculation for how much gold to give.

I get 5-6 kills an ovl with mage. Drygores are great and all, but mage wins here tbh Just did a couple more runs with drygore and averaged 5 kills per overload dose, lowest was 4 and highest was 7. Seems to me that if you have them and don't want/need mage exp its definitely worth using them.

I would love to go KK or Nex, if you guys would take me, I will have tetsu superior plate and legs tomorrow, need 2 more scrolls for seasinger hood, so helm will be in a few days You can tank then so ambler dies less :) I won't be going until this weekend because I started a new job this week. So I just get on for ports, herb farming, and an overloads worth of QBD runs.

Got 7 mil in splits from a drygore oh mace today. Also I'm about to rage quit. I've gotten about 30 prismatic pendants and I didn't realize that i could use them on the same skill if I just destroy it once it's finished so I have one for every skill now and I only wanted them for thieving, runecrafting, crafting, smithing, fishing, and slayer... So as I'm working through region three I've purchased all of the ship upgrades, all of the necessary crew from the region and now just have building upgrades left until I reach region four. My question is which building upgrades should I get in which order (I'm going for the 3rd ship as of right now as that seems like the obvious choice). Beyond that any in particular I should work on?

Just use drygores and void for 4 kills per overload dose. Edit If that's not an option void mage does well there as well. I personally always use void to maximize damage. And use abilities. Dont safe spot. Don't pray anything but soul split and you should be fine. I personally kill unstable last but that's because prayer is the determining factor in my trips.

Wait what? Will GWD be solo only then? No, it'll be like KK. You can solo or bring in friends to GWD without anyone crashing. So expect GWD armor/weapons to decrease in price. Especially Bandos. Too soon to say that for sure. Especially since most people instancing will be doing hardmode in all likelyhood and on top that that we don't know if bandos will be classified as an offensive armour or not yet.

Use that for the first few kills till you get used to it then switch to void. Its not hard to survive in void and it is far superior for damage out put.

I dont put together the teams ( ambler and octarine normally do) but I don't see why not as long as you dont mind dying and at least have a chaotic maul.

This, bring a bow and arrows as well. If the chin starts /all your traps fail you can kill it to keep it as stuck as possible in a loop of spawning and directly going into a trap.

C2 Fishing is faster.

Went to KK today with Ambler, Octarine and several others and got 3 drygore drops (mh longsword, oh longsword, and oh rapier) which split for ~40 mil total. All in all a good day, I screenied the rapier because I was the one that got the drop :) Bought my offhand drygore mace because I have a feeling that the EEE is going to get nerfed eventually/soon and it's a safe bet that the drygore weapons aren't going to start sucking any time soon. Also managed to get 89 defense today at glakkers which I plan on doing for a DIY arma battlestaff.

I'll be learning (read : dying at) KK and Nex with ambler for the next week or two as well.

What's all this nonsense about bucklers? They bring up bad memories of my last "drop" at arma.
