  1. Finished the quest in about 3 hours, went to try out glacors. I think this was my 6th kill: first left half ever.... yay?
  2. Congrats and keep it up SUOMI!
  3. [hide] speechless.... Was it legit? Thok stats I believe. 1020 is possible. I calculated with 141 str bonus, 99 str, turmoil, super str., as well as Dharok's set effect at ~10lp, with that you can supposedly hit up to 1124! Having lost 989lp using glory, rock climbing boots (as shown in the drop), you couldn't hit that. Even with zerker (i) and barrows gloves (which he didn't have) their max would have only been 1013. What calc told you 1124? Tip.it said, with max dharok strength/stats/boosts you can only max 1064 on a player who is in the wilderness. You can only just hit over 1124 with salve (e) on an undead monster. EDIT: And the guy who hit that was on 95 strength. Huh... 1013 is pretty close, seeing as max hit calcs can be off a bit, I think it sounds plausible. I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. A few points higher than what would be expected doesn't exactly mean they're a glitch abuser. In the gear that was dropped with 95 strength, it is a 60lp+ difference. They are a bug abuser. [/hide] Keep in mind 1020 is after soaking is applied, in that gear he had 10% melee soak Its hard to tell but it looks like 94 was taken off to me so it was a hit of 1114
  4. these pictures make me sad inside how much money you make o.O :D rebought my blue [/hide] You say you don't rule switch but you quite obviously do... Noone is idiotic to stake against someone and agree that your allowed to use Summoning and they wont... Sad you gotta rule switch. That is all. The guy spent (at least) 15 seconds looking at the second staking window, thats plenty of time to read every rule that is listed as on/off and "you can summon familiars" is the very first one in that list. IF he rule switched the stake would have been declined, its his opponents own fault for not looking up who he was fighting before risking billions.
  5. I'm not really sure about that, the cap would only be an issue if a players total experience was stored in the game somewhere and was not just calculated outside of it for the purpose of the hiscores. As you said yourself the cap for experience would be 214.7m, not the full 2.147b which means this issue would have occurred when the first player reached 214.7m any number of years ago.
  6. Does it block all the damage from a claws spec or only the first hit? Does it block veng/ring of recoil damage done to you? Wouldn't the first hit be 0 anyway, making the rest of the hits be 0 as well? That depends, because claw specs will hit in different patterns, typically X X/2 X/4 X/4, but not all the patterns involve the first hit doing damage, in which case the spell may or may not be useless against the attack. I'm not sure why you crossed out my second question.

    Nex

Nope. Sorry but no good team is going to take you with those stats. 91 summoning means your overload supply is limited. Lack of Pack Yak is terrible for your team's efficiency. And of course, a higher range level is crucial. herby shouldnt be an issue because ill just stew overloads and prayers or whateve. that suck though. basically i have max range and get 96 summoning.. :ohnoes: thats gunna be dull.. and then if i get that but only had 100m or so to spend on gear..? Historically speaking, people with 91 Herblore are generally considered as not having Overloads, because: A) Even if you CAN stew to make them, you can't make that many of them. You might have 40-50 of them, but they'll run out sooner or later, and it won't be as easy for you to make more. If you had a good amount of them, you wouldn't be 91 Herblore anymore. B) People with 91 Herblore tend to be more conservative with Overload usage, even if it means not re-potting towards the end of a trip because you don't want to waste a dose for only 30 seconds of benefit. This, in turn, can end up costing your whole team more time and supplies. Even if these don't apply to you personally, this is the general opinion of people making Overloads at 91, so either you're going to have to show them 250+ Overloads, or a better herblore level. 100M should be enough for gear and supplies. A full set of ceremonial is ~10M. Ranger boots are ~20M, Amulet of Fury ~15M. That leaves 55M for potions, bolts, and armor. You won't have Divine/Elysian obviously but you could just get Unholy Book / Dragon Defender / EEKS. Speaking of EEKS, you will need some chaotics though. Exact number varying per team, but generally teams require anywhere between 2 and 4 chaotics (rigour being counted as one). Couldn't you just do the logout trick to make as many overloads as you want? Or has this been fixed? What he is saying is that, with the experience OVL give, if you are level 91 herb then you undoubtedly have not made many and therefore do not have many to use. As a result, people with 91 herb are likely to be more conservative with their OVL, which is a detriment to the team. Just because you are level 91 doesn't automatically mean you can't make a lot of OVLs tho, which is what his point A) was kind of getting at. If you have enough money and the logout trick still works you could theoretically make as many as you want. If you made that many overloads, you wouldn't be 91 herb anymore. Well actually, if you just dinged 91 you could make another 537 overloads without leveling, according to the tip.it skill calculators. That's assuming you made the extremes already tho. which you wouldnt have, because extreme range requires 92 herb
  9. The CT isnt really stocked with black demons lol I dont really know how many kill/h it would actually increase it by some1 should try it I messaged dragonseance he said he will, so if results arent already well know by 2marrow ill post his results on here (saying 2marrow cause im off to bed now ) also you could prolly tank the fiends with divine and the other good defense armours just fine The black demons resource dungeon is where you would cannon (multi, 8 demon spawns) not in the chaos tunnels room itself (4 spawns)
  10. You've got your charms and seconds mixed up for summoning, assuming your making fruit bats and barker toads, you need 2776 toads and 2402 bananas
  11. What's that got to do with whether one skill is slower than another. You can't calculate enjoyment or attention span so it's got nothing to do with it. This is is simply for arguing is X slower than Y & that summoning alone isn't the slowest exp/hr skill using the fastest methods available to each skill. lol slow doesn't mean that it's difficult, and you don't have to calculate everything In terms of getting 200m in all skills, difficulty can only be judged by time because no skill is actually harder to train than any other (training every skill is only comprised of clicking at the necessary time). This means time is the only viable indicator of difficulty, since it is all that sets one skill apart from another. (the cost of training a skill is also only a matter of the time it takes to acquire the needed money) Edit: Exactly ^
