New boots with higher ranged attack bonus than the horrendously overpriced Rangers Boots are not irrelevant. (+10 Ranged Attack, beating out the bullnonsense boots by +2)

This thread is entirely about valuing everything as time. Within this thread, saying which slayer task is the best is about which task has the highest ratio of "hours saved in the exp you gained by completing the task", to "hours spent completing the task", factoring in melee & cannon exp,summ exp from charms, all slow skill exp and dkin lamp exp from effigies, (and yes, technically it should go as far as to value loot in saved hours making money but since many top 15 exp have little to no concern for money it tends to get ignored). Your formula may be great for you, but for a discussion of the race to 200m all skills, its inadequate.

Toony was almost certainly using effigies on slayer as he went, based on his gains in the last few weeks before 200m. He most likely has none to dump.

Yeah and *if* I got 5 people to camp frost dragons and trade me all their profit I'd be making 20m/hr, it's not really saying much though, unless someone's actually pulling it off. (and by someone, I mean someone top 15 oa, since that's what this thread's about)

So your saying he'll be as likely to get 200M in all skills as Suomi etc? "A contender" doesn't necessarily imply that they are "as likely" to win the contest as other contenders, as long as it's possible that they might win then they are "a contender". Yes it's terribly difficult to gain ranged xp and 'especially' construction xp without changing your combat level. 200m Ranged and 99 Slayer Range-Slayed with 65 Def is pretty impressive tbh. The Construction is impressive too, first to 200m, when rank 2 had less than 110m exp. Also, Epic_Lex for 5b exp. ^^ :)
