When did I say lock-on targeting was a bad thing? Don't assume, it won't get you anywhere. I said it makes a game easier, and less potential for multiplayer. You did mis-quote, and I can use dictionary.com too! you implied that lock-on targeting was a bad thing when you said that it makes games easier and when you said easy games arn't necessarily the best and s/he quoted you saying "All Nintendo games are easy. Play X-Box and PS2 games." it was not misquoted it was taken out of context as what you are doing is diverting attention away from nintendo to the x-box and ps2, although this may be inadmisibly(right word? whatever, on accident) I said auto-aim like in Metroid Prime makes the game easier and an alternative option would of been nice. He exaggerated what I said. It was not a direct quote, which made his whole arguement pretty much useless.

You did mis-quote, and I can use dictionary.com too! As for what Fable did, it was like a virtual city with rules which was the part I found the best. Breaking a window was charged for vandlism, stealing, etc. Plus you could start families, cheat on people, kill people and marry their wives, etc. But it didn't just focus on this, it still had a strong combat system with archy and magic and the storyline was great with a nice map and quests.

Oh yeah, a statement like "All Nintendo games are easy. Play X-Box and PS2 games." isn't biased or generalizing at all. What exactly are you basing all this on? The fact that you own three consoles? Wow, I'm impressed. My working at a Gamestop for three years and playing video games all my life (Not saying that you havn't played a lot of video games, so don't try and say that) is dwarfed to your power of owning three gaming consoles or your experience and "advice". I can deal with and have accepted the fact that Nintendo is losing much of its ground to Sony (Not that I'm all that biased towards Nintendo, I'll take a PC over any console), but I think I'm gonna draw the line at "All Nintendo games are easy. Switch to PS2 and X-Box." Until you show me a multi-console game where the GCN version is the 2005 equivalent of an old NES Barney game, thus giving any kind of support to your contemptible position, I don't think your 'experience and advice' has all that much significance. So when I say 'average Nintendo games are easier than average Playstation or XBox games' you quote me on saying "all Nintendo games are easy". Very good quoting skills. I'm giving him my advice from personal experience and my opinion and input. So that makes your whole point in the arguement pretty much useless because of that mis-quote. Even the games I thought would be a struggle, such as Metroid Prime, have auto-aim. At least they should of given you the choice to use the C-stick and analog to control Y-axis and X-axis for more of a challenge. This is just an example, not basing all games on Metroid Prime.

Maybe it would be a good idea to switch from Nintendo to Sony or Microsoft. Sorry to break it to you, but the average games are easy on Nintendo. Not even two posts ago you yourself said: If you don't want an argument to happen, don't start one yourself. Its from personal experience and advice. I own all the consoles and am not being an ignorant fanboy. Thanks for comming out.

And people say Halo is overrated...

Ok, thank you so much. Only 3 more questions lol... 1. How come me and my friend can't teleport to Piani (the city)? We are different species so he goes through a different warp. He gets the option to go to Piani and I don't. I wanna go train with him :( . 2. Back to the dexterity thing. Which skill makes you hit harder, hit harder while ranging with a bow, and etc. 3. Wheres a good town to buy stuff for a Rogue? Like shops and stuff, or should I just buy off other people? Thanks alot man.

Lol, I bet you are the only one. Fable is a proper RPG, in what you get experience, and from what i've seen doesn't have the dark atmosphere of the new Zelda. And one big point: the new Zelda will be good, Fable wasa typical terrible Xbox RPG. I'm not going to get into a Nintendo angry fanboy against Xbox angry fanboy argument, but Fable did deliver alot of new RPG elements that effected the video game industry. Anyways, to rephrase what I said, they do seem similiar to me. The bow and arrow system you can target (or go into free First Person mode). The main combat is hack n' slash. And graphically, Zelda is supposed to be "darker", but they look about the same quality.

The best Zelda of all time is without a doubt, Link to the Past for SNES. Lol, it was good, but not a patch on Ocarina of Time. Ocarina is the best game ever, simple as that. The new Zelda looks really good though, and it could even be better than Ocarina. Its coming out around Christmas in the UK, which is rubbish... I had so many memories of Link to the Past that I will never forget. I agree Ocarana of Time was incredible and really fun and overall great, but theres something about Link to the Past that makes it one of my favourite games of all time. Maybe its because it was the first RPG I ever played, and the best. Also, about the new Zelda, am I the only one who thinks it looks really similiar to Fable? I mean graphically, gameplay, and controls.

!. You can check out the guide on monster on their website. I tend to test them by attacking. If its too strong, i get out of the area. 2. I think you go to the command menu and look for something that along the line of market. 3. You can challenge people. Also you can go the Abyss dungeon at lvl 20 in the delos zone and fight the opposing race. Ok, a few more questions. BTW - I'm a level 22 Rogue now :D . 1. I can't team up with my friend against other online users because hes the opposing race as I am? Damnit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2. Is there a way to see other online user's levels? 3. If I'm a rogue, what should I level and what do they do? Should I just stick to Dexterity (I'm at 120), and what do they do? 4. The Skill thing is weird. I have about 26 skill points to spend, but I can't spend them on anything. I only have sprint, archery, and stab. Whats up with that? 5. How do you be stealth as a Rogue? The game says you can when you select a Rogue, but I don't know how. Thanks alot man.

Hey, I just got this game and have a few noobie questions. I'm level 5 by the way lol. 1. How do you know what level enemies you are fighting? (such as worms, etc.) 2. How and where can I sell items? You can trade with people, but I havn't been able to sell any to stores. 3. Is there Player vs Player like in RuneScape?

hehe, i used to be a nintendo fanboy but i realized that pc and other systems are greater. all nintendo has now are its famous series, like legend of zelda, mario, etc. i predict nintendo will be out of the console wars after the 3rd gen comes out, due to money and lack of 3rd party support. Dude, Nintendo won't be running out of money any time soon. Do you know how many handhelds they are selling (mainly all the GBA models, plus the new DS) and the amount of fans supporting them? I'd give it 15 years and see where they are.

Ok, crappy thread title, I know, but whatever. I just got back from a huge swim meet (yeah I swim...), and it was BC Provincials. It took up the whole weekend (6:30 in the morning to 7:30 at night) and there was tons of people. I pulled out all 5 of my events to finals (top 8 competitors), and then got medals for each event. 2 Bronze, 2 Silver, 1 Gold. I'm hella tired right now, but I just felt like posting it here. Now I just have to get my National time... And time to start working out full time over the summer for next season...

576 MB for all drives. Shouldn't that at least install the game, though?
-
Sorry, I'm not great with computers; what is virtual memory?
-
Maybe he has 10 gigs on D drive, but is installing on C drive?? (assuming it came partitioned like mine) I always install stuff on D drive if possible and try to keep only documents and microsoft programs on C drive I have like 20 gigs on my C drive, over 10 free. Plus I got 2 extra hardrives, but they are restricted. And also, I have 364 RAM. Not great, but it still should run, right?

Its better than looking for a Led Zeppelin cd and hitting mirrior to mirrio with another car and blowing his mirror off

Ok, I noticed this when I tried to install a Half Life 2 demo and now its doing it to my Battlefield 2 demo. I download the file, and then try and install it to the C drive, and it says there is not enough memory, free some up. I have 10 gigs, thats definatly not the issue. Anyone know why? Is it a small virus?
